Steve Tersakian founded Clean Surface Pressure Washing after discovering his passion for pressure washing. He personally oversees operations and performs many jobs himself, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. With over seven years of hands-on experience, Steve maintains direct client communication and prioritizes personalized service.

Power washing uses high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other unwanted substances from surfaces. It's like giving your property a thorough clean!

Soft washing is a gentle alternative using lower pressure and specialized solutions to safely clean building exteriors and roofs while removing organic stains.

Most surfaces benefit from power washing 1-2 times annually to maintain appearance and prevent dirt buildup, depending on local conditions.

While possible, professionals ensure safe, effective cleaning with proper equipment and expertise to avoid property damage.

Improper technique can cause damage. Our professionals adjust pressure and use appropriate cleaning solutions for different surfaces to prevent harm.

Hot water works better for tough stains and grime, while cold water handles lighter surface dirt effectively.

Steve was super personable and a hard worker getting the oil stains off our driveway! Looks great and should pass our HOA inspection this weekend. Great price and excellent results!

Steve did a great job cleaning the travertine tiles around our pool. Trustworthy & high integrity. Highly recommend

Had a great experience with Steve pressure washing our backyard turf and concrete patio! Great communication beforehand; quick, easy, and detailed quote process; came out on-time, when he said he would; was friendly and easy to work with; and did a great job. Our job was a bit difficult because the backyard lacked proper drainage and water pooled in poorly designed places, but he was still able to make it work. We'll be repeat customers if we ever need pressure washing services again.

Excellent service. Used them to clean a garage floor to get a real estate listing ready. Major improvement. Would use again. Owners had great communication.

Clean surface pressure wash did my driveway about a week ago. Concrete was in good shape but grimy after 35 years of exposure and use. This is an owner operated business, Steve actually answered the phone and scheduled me and did the work himself, showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it I was very pleased with the results. I recommended him to a couple of neighbors, one of which he is doing this morning as I'm leaving this review I'm sure she will be just as satisfied. Good guy, personable, organized and efficient.

They did a great job. I had calcium ring from plants that were put on patio and he made them disappear. This is how it was before cleaning

I bought my buddy a new bbq, I burnt the side of the house not paying attention. Steve came right out and made it better! Great Service and great young hardworking man!

10/10 best service I've had in Az! Showed up on time and threw in a ton of extra care for free just to get repeat business, hands-down would recommend him to my grandmother or anybody's grandmother 10/10

Both customer service and quality of service are excellent! Steve is quick to respond and both friendly as well as easy to work with. He did an excellent job ensuring that everything I wanted done was done to my liking before wrapping up and consulted me before doing any work that could comprise the surface he was working on. I also felt very comfortable, as a woman who lives alone, that is important to me. 10/10 would recommend!

Called Steve to help clean up fertilizer deposits and a terrible mess, he answered my call the first time, had a quote within minutes and was scheduled within 48-hours. Showed up early and prepared. Warehouse looks great and the deposits are gone. He went above and beyond cleaning the parking lot and extra debris

From my initial inquiry into their services through the completion of the job, communication with Steve was excellent and always timely. The work was done in a quality fashion, and Steve's follow-up was great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company's services.

Steve was efficient, timely, and transformed our outdoor environment. After he left, our spaces were party ready!

I had never hired a pressure washing company before and I chose Steve based off the reviews and I gotta say the reviews matched perfectly! Steve was able to remove all of the tar from my driveway and it came out better than I had hoped! Would definitely use him again in the future and recommend anyone to give him your business.

Excellent work and very professional. Steve was very attentive to all the details, on time and was willing to go above and beyond. He cleaned our pool deck, outdoor furniture and the windows. I would definitely recommend this company for any cleaning that you may need. I will absolutely use him again.

Steve came out the same day I called and did a fantastic job! I am very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Clean Surface Pressure Washing to all my friends and family! Thank you for a fast and amazing job on my driveway!

Called in and spoke with Steve. First off I called many places and they weren't near as informative and professional as Steve was! This crew did a amazing job on my driveway that has very thick diesel oil stains and cleared it to make it not even noticeable! I rarely ever leave reviews but Steve and his crew deserved this credit for the job they did. Most definitely recommend this company for any cleaning that may need to be done at any time or on short notice. Most deserved 5 stars and will use many more times!

My husbands vehicle was leaking fluid & being the procrastinators that we are, didn't get it taken care of until our HOA fined us sooo we needed to get it done. Steve came recommended by another neighbor that used him & he was the only company that responded in a timely manner. It took me a few days to get back to him but he wasn't pushy in my response which I appreciated a lot. As soon as Steve came, he got to work & worked HARD.

The stains in our driveway were pretty deep but he was able to successfully get them out & make our driveway looking brand new. Highly recommend Steve & his company if you ever get fined by your HOA for having a dirty driveway. Attached are before & after photos (the dark spots in the after photos are just of the driveway drying)

Steve has restored my faith in quality work with great communication. Steve arrived at my house on a Friday afternoon to complete a job that shouldve taken two hours, four hours later it was dark and we had to leave. I went to pay him he said he could not charge what he had quoted because he was not pleased with the results. He asked me if he could return the following Friday, I told him if he had time and he wanted to it was OK with me.

The following Friday I got a the call and he returned to my home as I was still at work. When I got home from work I was pleased to see the job was completed to perfection. I would recommend Steve to anyone. He is a man with integrity that cares about quality workmanship in a world of mediocrity. Thank you Steve for your work ethic!

Steve did an outstanding job removing large oil stains on my concrete garage floor. Very pleased with the results! Steve was prompt, professional and extremely nice! I would definitely call him again.
