Air Duct Sanitizing
Experience the efficiency of our air compression systems in eliminating physical dirt and debris. With Steve's, take the additional step of safeguarding your duct system against germs, viruses, bacteria, and other airborne hazards.
Dyer Vent Cleaning
While you notice lint in your dryer's trap, the residue in the exhaust vent often goes unnoticed. Rely on us to clean or replace it for effective dryer operation.
Furnace Cleaning
The air circulating system in your home, comprising the furnace and air handler, continually exchanges air. Despite regular filter changes, dirt buildup is inevitable over time.
Questions
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
HVAC experts recommend cleaning every 12-18 months. Homes with pets, recent renovations, or allergy sufferers may require more frequent service to maintain optimal air quality.
What are signs my dryer vent needs cleaning?
Extended drying times, excessively hot clothes, and visible lint buildup indicate vent blockages. Annual professional cleaning prevents fire hazards and maintains appliance efficiency.
Why is furnace cleaning important?
Dirty furnaces circulate pollutants and reduce efficiency. Regular cleaning removes contaminants from blowers and coils, improving air quality while lowering energy bills and extending equipment lifespan.
What makes your duct sanitization different?
Our EPA-registered sanitizers and UV treatments eliminate biological contaminants after physical cleaning. This two-step process ensures complete microbial elimination without introducing harmful chemicals into your home.
Do you offer emergency HVAC services?
While we don't provide 24/7 emergency service, we prioritize urgent cases during business hours. Regular maintenance helps prevent unexpected system failures through early issue detection.

I first had my air ducts cleaned by Steve's Good, thorough, friendly service. They mentioned they also clean carpets. So when my upstairs neighbor's remodeling caused a leak into my home, affecting both my y carpet and area rugs, I called Steve's. They scheduled and serviced quickly - and cleaned everything really well. I would absolutely hire them again.
