PCL did a complete overhaul of our front and back yards. Our yard was a poorly kept lawn; we wanted to grow produce and introduce hardy native plants. Jonah's team did good and prompt work, and they kept to the budget we agreed on. They removed all the sod, built and installed planter boxes, added new plants and gravel walkways, and spread mulch. There were a few small problems. Jonah is very laid-back, and our initial meeting with him didn't convey much professionalism.

He kept trying to convince us to add grapes (which we didn't want), and the nursery he works with delivered the wrong kind of apple trees. However, we are very pleased with the way the yard turned out in the end.

After getting quotes from 3 different companies for a complete bathroom rebuild, we decided to hire PCL because we felt they were very professional and respectful, they also designed the re build and we felt confident in them! The old bathroom was removed completely and we had new framing, new much improved roof pitch which gave the room better light and air flow, new plumbing and electrical installed as well as heated floors, and all of the finishes, PCL did it all.

It was a huge project and we now have the spa like bathroom of our dreams. We highly recommend Jonah and his crew, they are very respectful. They were in our house a lot with a project this size and we never felt uncomfortable, the foreman Javier was very kind and knowledgeable. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

These guys did a fantastic job. Working on some suggestions from us, they designed a covered locking shed with a two-part loft for what was once an open motorhome storage bay next to our barn. It is beautiful, and functional and really "beefy" and strong.and is exactly what we had envisioned flor the space. It matches the barn perfectly a looks like it was made at the same time. All our neighbors have been commenting on it. They kept the worksite clean, and were very courteous to us and to each other. great attention to detail. Would definitely hire them again.

Very serious in what they do. We are happy with their work. I recommend them 100%. Services:General construction, Bathroom remodeling, Gutter cleaning, Kitchen remodeling

We recently moved to Washington and our yard had a lot of unfulfilled potential. A bed that was full of overgrown trees and weeds was converted to an outdoor oasis, complete with a large patio, carefully selected plants and a water feature to please all the senses. Our deck was surrounded with giant hedges that completely blocked our beautiful view of Mt. Baker. Jonah's team, who are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen, removed the hedges and installed deck rails, giving us the amazing view we moved here for. Jonah's vision transformed our yard from "blah" to "sweet!"

I hired PCL to do a full redesign of my back yard. I met with Jonah to review what I wanted and he designed a plan that completed reflected what I wanted. The projected was much larger then I expected which made me very concerned, but Jonah and his team were great at explaining the process and the result is amazing. The expanded deck is just what I wanted with much easies access to the lawn and the lower garden area which includes a beautiful retaining wall. This was a great experience and I would recommend PCL for any project large, like mine, or small. Great job and a great team to work with.

I had them come build a retaining wall for my sloping back yard. They were quick and efficient and listened to my requests. The employees were very nice and worked really hard. I highly recommend Jonah and his team.

Jonah and his team are the best! They are very professional, friendly, hard workers, punctual, very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed doing business with them and getting to know them. We had a large wildlife/hog fence put in as well as a privacy fence and a patio. Jonah not only helped us design it and came up with ideas and solutions that worked for us, he and his team also came out on a weekend to assist another company with placing a shed on our new patio and he did it for free. He goes above and beyond! Now when we see them doing other work around the area, we yell out to them and wave because we feel we know them!

I got a quote and they were able to get my work quickly. They did a great job at a great price. I'm going to probably have more work done soon.

We had pavers installed outside with a wood gate. Excellent job! Great people! Service:Wood fence installation

They are amazing at what they do! Very responsive and the detail is great! Couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks lawnz enforcement!

Jonah arrived initially last week and did an assessment of our lawn and it's needs. He told us exactly what he thought needed to be done to correct the problems.and laid out what he would do. He arrived with his crew on the date and time agreed upon, performed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Now when the lawn looks as good as he promises it will in six to eight weeks everyone will be happy. Give him a call.

Jonah and his crew did an outstanding job re-doing the entire landscape of the house. Fence, deck, paver stairs and patio, and flower beds. It looks fantastic and is built to last.

Top notch professional responsive to questions. Paved my patio, let me pick out the brick from the wholesaler. Seamless professionalism. I highly recommend Lawnzenforcement!

We recently hired Jonah to begin backyard landscaping in our new-build in Lynden and couldn't be happier with the job! I had a very fuzzy idea of what I wanted done, and Jonah made some suggestions which turned our better than I had hoped. He was willing to work with me as far as letting me pick out which plants I wanted and made suggestions for which local nurseries to use. I look forward to working with him again once I have chosen my plants. Jonah's crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to complete the project in less than one day.

His price was more than fair. His crew cleaned up after themselves. I recommend Jonah and his company to anyone who needs help with a landscaping project. His work ethic is outstanding; he is polite; he shows up on time and calls if he must be delayed. All in all he is a refreshing addition to home improvement/maintenance services.

Jonah did such a fantastic job on my yard, and so informational! He showed up early, and very enthusiastic. I highly recommend calling lawnz enforcement for your lawn care needs.

Lawnz enforcement did an amazing job on my property, and did well on my neighborhors as well. Very well maintained lawn, couldn't recognize my lawn when they fixed it all up made it look absolutely amazing! Highly recommended lawnz enforcement. Very professional, fast, and great quality of work!

This guy knows what he's doing. Couldn't think of a more affordable, more genuine, helping lawn company.

I first met Jonah from Lawnz Enforcement a few weeks ago when I was gathering estimates for a complete landscaping project (lawn, beds, plants, bark, etc.). I was happy with Jonah's price, and I particularly liked the overall design he proposed. While the other estimators all suggested similar, fairly generic layouts, Jonah produced a thoughtful design that included elements I hadn't considered (and apparently no one else had either).

Then he worked with me to refine the design until we had something that exceeded my initial expectations, was perfect for the property, and was well within my budget. Design and price would have been enough for me to have chosen Lawnz Enforcement, but what impressed me even more was Jonah's excitement for my project. He was passionate about producing a finished product he could be proud of, and he was equally committed to making sure that I was pleased with the end result.

This was evident while he was bidding the job, and it continued throughout the entire project. Lawnz Enforcement offered the best value, the best design, and the best customer service. I really couldn't be happier.

Lawnz Enforcement came to do a bid super fast on our condo unit in Lynden. They provided us budget worthy numbers less than 24 hrs from the time they left the bid with a check sheet break down for the next year if service. We hired right away without hesitation. When they arrive to do our maintenance routine they have always exceeded our expectations each time providing a better service than the last. Definitely hire Lawnz Enforcement for your annual residential/commercial maintenance service provider.

Lawnz Enforcement came and built a fence in our yard. Jonah met with me multiple times to understand my vision for our fence and ensured me that it would look great. He and his crew came and completed the fence over a few days, working until darkness on one of the days. When they ran into a design challenge, Jonah was quick to communicate and problem solve. The final product looks amazing and is just what we wanted. But, I was more impressed with Jonah responsiveness and customer service; he always responded back and worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted. I will absolutely hire Lawnz Enforcement back if we have a need for another project. - Pete Lupo

We called Lawnz Enforcement after seeing them working at our neighbor's home and asked them if they could look at our wish list for our Yard. Jonah came right over and gave us a really fair bid for what we wanted done. We hired them right away and I'm so glad we did. His crew went above and beyond our expectations and we will be using them for all our Landscape needs going forward. I have since given there cards out to my friends and family with confidence knowing that they will get treated the same. I'm super picky about whom I hire for different projects and can honestly say you will be happy if you call them.

Lawnz Enforcement works with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for landscaping work at their home or business.

Owner was easy to work with even though we had schedule problems. Work was completed on time and with great attention to detail and quality. We are very happy with the work and would recommend them to anybody.

Jonah and his crew were professional and flexible. Quality work and down to earth people. They answered my questions and have a vast knowledge of landscaping. Call them for simple yard maintenance or large jobs. You will not be disappointed.

Contracted these guys to work on my irrigation system, they did real top notch work. Went above and beyond with demonstrating where my problems were and how to fix them. Super conscious of pricing and making sure I got the best deal I could on replacement valves that were needed. Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend them.

Every individual that I encountered through lawnz enforcement was highly respectful, professional, and very educated in the landscaping industry. They provide high-quality landscaping maintenance and design for an affordable price. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a landscape company in the whatcom county area!

Lawnz Enforcement showed up today for the first time and did an amazing job. Very thorough and professional. Thanks

Our front lawn went from being an eye sore to something beautiful. We had no vision, so it was so great having Jonah who could offer us a great plan, plus the knowledge of how to bring it about. We are very happy with the work that was done. It was creative and had attention to detail, and it was done fast. Highly recommend.
