If I could give more stars I would! My service technician was Gerald Largo and he was super! He came and explained everything he was going to do to check and service my unit. He showed me pictures of all of the components of my AC and explained their functions. Pretty much everything checked out super but attention was needed on a couple of items, which he showed me through pictures.
After getting my okay he fixed them that same day then showed me pictures of the work he did. He is such a knowledgeable, polite, and hard working man! Emergency Air Heating and Cooling provide wonderful follow up service in the products they sell.

We had a terrible storm last night that left us without power for more than 6 hours. When we tried to turn on our ac unit there was no air flow coming out at all. So I gave Emergency Air a call and made an appointment for the same day. Russ came out to diagnose the issue and found out that our motor was completely done for, the storm took it out due to our split system being very sensitive like a smart computer.
So we are still covered for parts which is great, and just had to pay for labor costs. We payed half now to get the part ordered and once it's delivered Russ will come back to install the part and get our ac working again! Russ is a very genuine and kind ac tech guy, very straight up, and I appreciate that. Thank you Russ it's people like you who make a great business. I recommend them 100%. A

The tech Rich who performed my service was great. Clean, professional and knows his craft well. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary services but did recommended 1 valid and affordable upgrade that I will do in the near future. 1st time customer but they did more than enough to make me want to do business with them again. I have been really happy with Emergency Air over the last few years. I signed up for their maintenance program and they send a technician out a few times a year to make sure my units are running smooth and give them a much needed cleaning. Yesterday they sent Gerald out and he was super professional and educated me on some the process, things to look out for, and even looked at a mini-split unit I have in my garage which isn't even part of my maintenance plan.
I was super satisfied and was informed about some bacteria I have growing in the blowers. He went over some different options to take care of the issue and it felt great to know that I will be able to take care of it right away before it gets into the ducts and becomes a major problem. Still a satisfied customer.

Ariel is amazing! He came out to do a second opinion inspection after a different company damaged my AC unit multiple times. He was able to immediately identify the poor workmanship and haphazard fixes from the previous company and knew the solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would be extremely comfortable with him completing the required repairs!

On September 7 2023, late morning, I had a fantastic experience with Emergency Air service technician, Jonathan Palermo, who visited my home for a condenser unit cleaning and system inspection. Jonathan was incredibly attentive, understanding, and helpful. Not only did he address my AC issues promptly, but he also went above and beyond to fix my garage door problem which occurred that morning.

After using and having a service maintenance agreement with another well known a/c & heating company for about 15 years we were becoming more dissatisfied with their service, attitude and prices. So we decided to give Emergency Air a try, what an excellent decision it was. They were responsive, professional and fairly priced. James, the service technician was competent, considerate and professional. He was actually interested in doing a good job for us. We will be using Emergency Air going forward.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me, what he was going to do. After he had completed the maintenance on my A/C units, he showed me photos of before and after. He cleaned up the outside units. All of the leaves and debri were removed from inside the units cover. He was very polite and enrolled me in the Hero's Program. I would recommend to service any owners of A/C units.

Our tech Gerald L. was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciate that he took pics and videos of his findings during the health inspection. Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.
