We had a full team (Lyle, Josh, Jeremy, and Peter) doing multiple small projects around our house all at once and they were incredible. Called Steve's plumbing on November 6 and told them I needed some work done in my home. They sent Michael on November 7 to inspect my home. Michael came and introduced himself he was very friendly. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me my estimate and said he be back tomorrow at 9am. Michael came on time and did my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, my pipes and outside faucets. I am so happy with the work Michael did he made it look excellent. Michael also explained to me how to use my new kitchen faucet. Michael did a excellent job. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly and said if I need anything else done just call. You have a excellent employee. I will be calling Steve plumbing from now on.

I initially had a clogged sink that was completely blocked and wouldn't drain. Revitalize, the plumber at Steve's Plumbing worked hard and was very nice and professional. He found that the sewer line wasn't only completely blocked on one end, but it was also broken and had debris in it and it had to be cut out and replaced. A very expensive job, but the sink works great now. Thanks Tevita! Great guy!

The biggest mahalos ever to Cy McElroy for handling the emergency plumbing repairs (on Kauai) for my rental. Nicholas was a great installer to work with in replacing my gas water heater and changing out my aging washer hose connection to the standpipe box. He was very prompt, polite, and fun to talk to even while working. Nick also pointed out the oversights of the previous installer. He assured me that he will do it correctly. The prices I thought was a bit on the pricey side but we needed the work to be completed before catastrophe strikes and I'll be in panic mode.

I would definitely recommend Steve's Plumbing especially if they send Nick to take care of your plumbing needs. Maybe you could ask for him by name when making your appointment. I guarantee you'll not be disappointed with his service and work attitude.

Arrived within less than 30 minutes of our call, was courteous and very quick to resolve the problem. I've been looking for a great, trustworthy plumber for a while now, and will be using Steve's Plumbing as my go-to plumber. I highly recommend.

Matthew Gillander came to fix a burst leak in a 65 years old pipelines. He had the estimator come at my request to see what changes were needed as part of the house already had the newer copper pipes installed as remodeling was done. Matthew and his team did a super job and all workers explained what they would do as well as what was done when finished. Cleanup was done before they left. I am satisfied with all the work that was done as I knew it was time for the changes. Thank you Steve's Plumbing for your excellent crew.

Michael was able to come out the same day. He was super helpful and explained all the things to me (without mansplaining!). He even offered to do a free home inspection because he was familiar with the age of the systems in my neighborhood. Luckily the pipes got a clean bill of health and I got peace of mind. Levi and Ryan Daniels did an excellent job on our bathroom sink that gave us issues for months. They were very informative on what was wrong and what we should expect once they got to work. Recently needed urgent repair and Rodney Leas was our licensed plumber. Rodney quickly identified the issue and he got the the work done. He also sent before and after pics! Now we are up to code. He is truly a great technician and worth every penny! I will refer him to all my friends and family.

#1 The plumber who came to my apt was Michael G. I cannot be more pleased. We had a stopped up toilet and he fixed it quickly and ensured it was working perfectly. He came early (thankfully) and diagnosed issue, fixed it, picked up after and was gone in no time. I had another issue with the same toilet (being stopped up). When I called, Steve's sent out another tech to help me out. When he got here the toilet seemed to be okay and was flushing all right. Kris T then described what he thought was the issue (probably too much toilet paper and a pretty thick brand). He even showed me how a small handful when wet of this brand was so thick and could easily clog my particular toilet.

He was so helpful and informative. We will be much more careful with the amount of paper and the brand in the future. I was so appreciative of his guidance and help. This is a company that has really wonderful plumbers that care about their customers. Again, recommend Steve's Plumbing.

Kris was great! Above and beyond. I made an appointment to get my water heater checked for any potential leaks, as well as for money and energy efficiency. (this year's jump in electricity prices has been very hard on our family finances) Kris answered all of our questions - and I always have a lot! So informative. Doing your own research is one thing, but sometimes you "don't know what you don't know." Can't wait to get a new energy/costs saving water heater and ALSO an all house water filtration system. I didn't even know those existed! (Who has the time and money to keep up with their water filters? Water bottles? So much waste.) Very excited. Can't wait to see the results. Mahalo!

Corey Adams was excellent. He explained everything up front, let me know what my options were and let me know what the cost would be. He was friendly and efficient. Had the job completed quickly. Corey was true to what the TV commercial had me expecting. Put in my request online yesterday and they were here the next day. In fact they gave me an option for the same day and the next morning if I wanted. Fastest service ever. And I should also mention the dispatcher who kept in touch with me through the whole process including calling me up offering me earlier times if I needed it. I'm sold on Steve's plumbing!

I called for service early evening and Charlie H. arrived within 45 minutes. He was very professional and cordial. He thoroughly explained the different options I had for the the type of work that I needed to be done. He talked through the work while he was doing it and also told me what to do for future problems or issues that may occur. I really appreciate their service at that time of the night and how he completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. My technician took the time explain everything, and the work that he performed was excellent quality. Levi came out for an estimate. He was very nice and explained our options and possible outcomes for each choice. Very professional. Brendan showed up within an hour. Very nice and professional. He kept his work area very clean. We have a very old home, and he found a hidden issue with our galvanized pipe. Brendan immediately informed us so we could see the additional problem. He explained our new options and got us an estimate. He was still able to complete the job right then and there.

Lyle and Daniel installed a new water heater and changed a few older pipes for me. They also recommended my water pressure regulator needed changing due to age.
