My mother's new AC unit wasn't working properly and was blowing hot air. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. The tech was very friendly and efficient and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to fix it right away and didn't break our wallet. Should be your go to if you need help for Heating/Cooling in the High Desert. Thank you for taking care of my mom for me. Really appreciate it.

I've used this company twice now and they have been great both times. They have been completely professional and friendly. The a/c in our house stopped blowing cold and they were able to come out same day. The tech had it fixed and was done in less than half an hour. I would definitely recommend Total Comfort Solutions.

From start to finish they were very professional and exceeded my expectations. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. John Simonaitis was very helpful. He gave me more than one option on how they can fix my heater. He also explained what he was doing and how the heating unit works. Also they were punctual on the time of the appointment as well as great customer service. The whole experience was outstanding I would definitely call them again for my annual maintenance.

They notified me when coming over and on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, went stright to work on installing new aero cool unit and new wall heater. Very respectful of my house and closed up before they left. Everything was cleaned up too. Very happy with this service. Thank you. Had my cooling system closed and heating turned on. They installed an a/c unit and two weeks later a new hot water heater. The work was done with the utmost personal care they work like they are working on their own house. John is a great technician/installer. Covid fouled up the scheduling, and a couple of quarantines made it impossible to get on site. Tina in the office and John doing the installation. They got us scheduled for the first week in December. Three days after the Job started, it was complete. The Job was completed with excellent attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I needed my walk-in refrigerator fixed and needed it done asap. I called Total Comfort not knowing they would somehow fit me into their already full schedule. Total Comfort Solutions Heating & Air Services is an amazing company. And I want to say Thanks to the company $ John for an excellent job. Not only professional in his field, but customer service was A*. He introduced himself with mask & covers worn over shoes for safety measures. He took the time to explain every step taken to get my air back up & running & in no time I had air.
Before leaving he checked all the vents. All questions was asked & answered. After a job well done I decided to get a service agreement because it is most important to keep up my maintenance. John is excellent at his job. Had an AC emergency and he answered and came out promptly. fixed it almost as fast as he came out and did it for a fair price. Came home friday to find out that my A/C didn't work. : I called up about 5 different places and was told that they wouldn't be able to come to look at my A/C until next week! I came across total comfort solutions and they were able to come the very next day on a holiday weekend which was great! The price was affordable, service was great and my A/C was fixed the same day in a few hours! I highly recommend!

Amazing experience with this company. Very professional and true to their word. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and performed them in a timely manner. Even down to the small details of wearing protective shoe covers in our home; which to me shows the extra care they put into their work. Will be returning for any future services for sure!

I called John last night around 7:15 pm my cooler was not working, I was willing to wait til the next day even though my house was at 87 degrees inside. John said he just got home but he would come right over. I definitely wasn't expecting him to come right over, needless to say I was very appreciative! We slept very comfortable thanks to John. Called John to ask about getting annual maintenance done on my unit and he was able to come by within the hour. He tested everything very thoroughly on the roof, every room with a vent, and even in the attic to make sure everything was working as intended. He cleaned the coils and replaced my air filter too. He also gave me a breakdown of all the services he provided to include before and after photos and the future service he will provide as part of my maintenance plan. Very glad John was recommended to me and I will be recommending him to others as well.
