Our rapid response team arrives equipped with specialized tools to minimize water damage and restore functionality. We prioritize safety and efficiency while addressing urgent plumbing failures across residential and commercial properties in Northern Colorado.

Our professional drain cleaning services utilize hydro jetting and augering to clear stubborn blockages in sinks, showers, and sewer lines. We diagnose recurring clogs using camera inspections to identify root intrusion or pipe damage. This comprehensive approach prevents future backups while maintaining pipe integrity for both residential and business clients.

We service all water heater types including traditional tank models and tankless systems. Our technicians diagnose issues like inconsistent temperatures, leaks, and ignition problems. With same-day repairs and replacement options, we ensure continuous hot water supply while optimizing energy efficiency for Longmont homeowners.

Using acoustic listening devices and thermal imaging, we locate concealed leaks in walls, foundations, and underground pipes. Our non-invasive methods identify slab leaks and pipe corrosion without destructive wall removal. We provide permanent repairs for both immediate water damage prevention and long-term plumbing system integrity.

We install energy-efficient tankless water heaters that provide continuous hot water supply for households. Eddie is prompt and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Great service! Service:Sump pump installation

Eddie came to our house within a day to consult on a bathroom remodel we're doing ourselves. He couldn't have been more helpful. He gave good advice on our next steps, and didn't hesitate to practical install the toilet inside of 10 minutes. He gave good suggestions on our next steps of creating a dual sink vanity. He didn't rush out of our appointment just to get to his next one.

While they could not respond to my emergency right away, they were responsive, upfront about availability and followed up to see if they could help when available. I was so impressed that I had Eddie follow up to review a sewer leak repair by others in our basement and make recommendations for system upgrades. He didn't try to upsell anything like unnecessary drain cleaning - just provided good suggestions for future upgrades. Mayer Plumbing is responsive & professional!

Eddie is great. Great communication and excellent work. He squeezed my plumbing issue into an already tight schedule, working around the tenant's work from home scheduled and got a really messy job done in less than an hour. I highly recommend Mayer Plumbing.

Eddie went far and above by completely reworking an undersink drain configuration that had to be changed due to a new undermount sink that prevented the old hookup meeting code. Eddie used his many years experience to come up with a unique solution to plug up the old drain outlet which was too high, and use the much lower drain outlet previously used for an old dishwasher, and run the new dishwasher drain to the garbage disposal.

Everything including his sink faucet and dishwasher install are working perfectly. His charge was reasonable, work product perfect, personality friendly and respectful, and we highly recommend Eddie and Brandon.

Mayer Plumbing installed a new irrigation Vacuum Break system on my daughters house. The work was complicated and in a limited access crawl space. A very pleasant experience they did quality work with good design and good parts. I do quite a bit of remodel projects of my own and have worked with several subcontractors in the past. These guys are very good at what they do, knowledgeable, have the right equipment and are pleasant to work with. The price is fair and a good value for the work performed. I would definitely recommend and will use Mayer Plumbing again as the need arises.

Incredible service. They let me know exactly when they would be on site and gave me very professional advice. Eddie and Brandon were very courteous, polite and responsive to my need for detailed information. Going through the pros and cons of a tankless and conventional tank water heater was not only informative, but there was no sway on their part for me to go one way or another. They showed up on time and proceeded to professional and efficiently install the new unit. Thanks guys. I will call you back for the other job we discussed. I highly recommend Mayer Plumbing.

We woke up at our house just days before our family was coming to visit, to zero hot water pressure. Made a few calls to plumbing places to be put on their list of next available openings. Got on the phone with Mayer plumbing who said he could be out that day. 30 minutes later he was at our house trouble shooting the unusual problem. He spent 2 hours checking everything over and helping us make sure it was good to go. Fantastic service! 100% recommend Mayer Plumbing!

I had hired a plumber to come to the house to install a water filter, water softener and fix some rough plumbing for a sink. I gave that plumber every detail of how we wanted the water system plumbed in. Long story short, everything was plumbed with the water flowing backwards and nothing to code and to manufacturer specs for warranty. That being said, on a recommendation from my neighbor I got in touch with Eddie.

I have to say, it was the smoothest experience I have ever had working with a contractor in Colorado. Eddie is an excellent communicator, prompt and extremely professional. He is very candid and tells you how it is. Eddie does outstanding work, and his plumbing is very clean and looks great. He was able to efficiently fix the problems with the previous plumbers work and salvaged a lot of the valves hardware. Hands down the best plumber I have ever had to work with. Class act!

I called Eddie as a result of Nextdoor Site recommendations. Several days ago I requested help with a plumbing emergency. He was just great and I highly recommend him! He's personable, explains, detailed with reasonable fees. I have other pending plumbing orojects soon and will definitely use him again for those as well as whenever needed!

Eddie was great! We had an issue with our sump pump and he was very responsive, professional and a replacement was quickly installed. Very easy to work with and glad we have him as our plumber!

Eddie is wonderful, he was able to schedule me within a week when other places were offering appts 1 months out. He was friendly and professional; worked quickly and efficiently to fix a broken pipe linked to my outdoor hose. And above all else, charged me what felt fair. Eddie is a trustworthy dude to have working on your house. Will definitely use him again!

It was absolutely fantastic! Came right over found the leak and fixed it right away. The pricing is very fair, he is very transparent about what will happen during the repair process. If you want quality, and honest service, look no further! Service:Plumbing leak detection

I called a few plumbers looking to resolve a less than ideal issue: no hot water to any of my sinks or showers. Eddie came recommended by a friend. When I first spoke to Eddie, he actually took the time to listen and have a solution-oriented conversation with me based on the facts. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable and good at his work, Eddie is extremely professional and friendly. Despite having run into several unexpected hurdles, Eddie got the job done.

He was fair and reasonable with his costs. He left my condo's plumbing in better condition than it's ever been. I honestly cannot recommend Eddie enough. I will no doubt call Eddie again if the need arises.

I needed a gas line capped off. Eddie Mayer arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was very efficient, honest and completed the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. I recommended Mayer plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
