Roof Replacement
Our comprehensive roof replacement service addresses aging or damaged roofs with complete tear-off and installation of premium roofing systems. We work with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, TPO, and PVC materials to provide durable, weather-resistant solutions. Each project includes substrate repairs, proper underlayment installation, and attention to critical details like flashing and ventilation. Our team ensures proper disposal of old materials while maintaining strict safety protocols throughout the process.
Roof Repair
We offer prompt roof repair services for leaks, storm damage, and general wear. Our technicians identify and fix issues with shingles, flashing, and roof valleys using industry-standard techniques. Emergency repairs prioritize water intrusion prevention while maintaining structural integrity. Regular maintenance services extend roof lifespan through timely interventions and preventive measures against common issues like moss growth and gutter blockages.
Gutter Installation
Our gutter installation service creates effective water management systems to protect properties from water damage. We install seamless gutters with proper slope and downspout placement to ensure efficient water diversion. The process includes precise measurements, secure bracket installation, and integration with existing roof features. Properly installed gutters prevent foundation erosion, basement flooding, and exterior staining while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Metal Roofing
Specialized metal roofing services include installation and repair of standing seam and metal panel systems. We work with durable, energy-efficient metal materials that offer superior weather resistance and longevity. Our team ensures proper panel alignment, secure fastening, and watertight seams while maintaining manufacturer specifications. Metal roofing solutions provide fire resistance, reduced maintenance needs, and environmental benefits through recyclable materials.
Roof Cleaning
Professional roof cleaning removes algae, moss, and debris that compromise roof integrity. Using safe pressure-washing techniques, we clean hard surfaces while protecting roofing materials. Regular maintenance prevents premature deterioration and improves energy efficiency through reduced heat absorption. The service includes gutter cleaning and inspection of roof components to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.

We recently had our roof replaced by Roofing Formula LLC. I cannot thank Wilson and his team enough. They have been so professional through the total process. Wilson came and gave us a quote which we agreed, Wilson then arranged a date, they started when they said they would. The team were friendly and approachable and Wilson gave us updates on what had been completed and what the next steps were. The team cleared all rubbish on completion of the roof and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

I definitely recommend anyone to consider using this company. Their work ethic was exquisite and the price is extremely fair. They were prompt and ready to work every day. They used quality materials and their knowledge of roof building and removal was tremendous high. They went above and beyond to even remove tree branches near my roof top to make sure the tree limbs don't cause future damage to my roof.
More importantly, They're honest. I had them give my sister a quote on the condition of her roof and they didn't just take her money, claiming it needed to be replaced, they gave an honest assessment of the true condition of her roof. Priceless! The Roofing Formula LLC crew were great people as well, kind, respectful and courteous.

I needed a new roof after purchase of a new home. Roofing Formula LLC came out several times before closing, and provided OK customer service through the bidding process and sales. They were priced about the same as the other two quotes. I decided that I would go with them, signed the contract. That is when the customer service went down hill. As the crew showed up, I asked that there be an English s.

After discovering a leak where rain was coming in through my roof, I called Formula Roofing. Spoke with a live human on a Saturday morning who told me they would be in touch on Monday. On Monday, they inspected the issue, offered a solution, and tarped my roof to keep more water from leaking. Friendly and knowledgeable. That evening, I got an estimate by email and by Wednesday the issue was fixed. They were speedy, professional, and I'm happy with the quality of the work. Hope I don't have another leak anytime soon, but if I do I'll definitely be calling them again.
