Called for residential lockout services. Price is $35 plus labor which starts at $65. Tech quoted labor at $130 for the door knob ($165 total). I paid since he was there and I was locked out. Took 7mins total (sprayed some wd40 and picked it) He couldnt give an explanation for why it was so much more then base price saying company price. Other quote I got from competitor was $115. The dispatch called to check in.

They were quick - got here in 20 minutes but not upfront about pricing and hung up on me.
