Finaly a lowes in Irving Tx. the only home improvement store that was near to us was home depot I dreeded going in that store there was never any customer service, never clean, and when i needed a part in a certain isle they had it closed of with nets. one time i waited 45 minutes for them

I purchased a garage door opener with installation. The same day, I was contacted by the Install Sales Office to inform me of the contractor and told the contractor would call withing 2 business days to schedule the appointment. After this time without a call from the contractor, I called Lowe's.

They were very good last December, my icemaker broke November, when I called they linked me with the proper people.

I had a bathroom applicance put in. the first installer from Lowe's came with no tools. After coming back the next week, he installed the pipe's outside the wall. I took pictures of the repair and Lowe's appoligized and sent two repairmen the following week. I end up installing the cabanet

I have received excellent service from the Rosenberg Lowe's. After being treated very rudely at Home Depot I promised myself to never spend another dime with them, and instead shop at Lowe's. This was a good decision.

Lowes did a great job on my install job. I would never go to Home Depot. Lowes has the customer in mind. Home Depot is there for the contractor.

This is the best Lowe's we ever went to. The employees are helpful and very pleasant. We used to go to Home Depot but we are now Lowe's customers. For us ladies we love to decorate and they have so much more to offer. So next time your in Tomball go meet Jimmy, Nancy, Roy and Mario and say

They are the most helpful home improvement store in this location. There is always someone around to answer your questions, and they have a much larger selection than the store next door.

This Lowes is great.although they could use more people working in the paint dept. especially on the weekends. The girl in the wallpaper, blinds section is great! very friendly. Always shop at this Lowes.the other one on I35 in Schertz is aweful especially their flooring dept. Associates there
