Professional, friendly, truly "a plumber you can trust."

Durable Slate came out in a timely manner and fixed our tile roof. It looks better than ever, and most importantly, it doesn't leak anymore. They were able to take out all the tiles that didn't match and now the roof is all uniform in color. The new copper flashings also look great.

While I have not had any professional experience with this person, the owner, and contact phone number listed, appears to have a hobby of texting "hey sexy" to random phone numbers, and engaging in inappropriate conversation. I don't know if somehow there is a mix up in phone numbers, but

They temporarily fixed my leak while I was waiting on their scheduling to come out. I was quite impressed that they did this. After the crew came out, my roof got fixed fully and it looks really good.

Over all it is a good store. If you need help with a project the floor associates are very helpful and patient. I have had no problems returning items that are defective or that I do not need. The only department that needs improvement would be the appliance department.
