Our new windows and front door from Window World look amazing! Quality products and outstanding service! The installation team was quick and knowledgeable about their work and courteous to my family. They were very patient and understanding when it came to dealing with my large dog also. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up as they went along and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. Installation team was top notch!

And they installed 16 windows and a door on the hottest days of the year we've had so far without a single complaint! We are repeat customers and will continue to use Window World in the future should the need arise.

Ordered 6 windows on 6/12/2021 was told 14 week waiting period it is now January 5th 2022 and still no windows! Called on several occasions and got the run around with all kinds of different dates and excuses why they aren't done! Finally talked to the owner of the company to get our money back for a product we still didn't receive and he refused! Do not order windows from this place they take your money and run! Its a shame places like this can get away with scamming people out of their hard earned money!

Every contact with the company was professional and efficient. From the first contact with the company salesman to the final installation of our new window and storm door, every detail was covered and there were no surprises. Let me start off by saying our Install was on October 21, 2020. Since install there is a problem with the glazing bead on both half moon windows we had installed. Window world has come out 5 times since install and one excuse after another as to why the repair has not been completed (wrong part, damaged part etc). Today's date is November 8, 2021, over 1 year of waiting and excuses for the repair. Needless to say we would NOT recommend this company. We have been very patient, today over 1 year later we are taking this a step further to get this repair resolved.

Sales man wasn't pushy, but explained to me the products and warranty. The customer service people kept me informed the whole way through when windows were being made and the installation was done in one day and they were were perfessional and they cleaned up everything thing. Sliding glass door installed. My installer Joe was very friendly. He paid attention to detail as he worked. Excellent with cleanup too. Because the door was a replacement there was a slight difference in outside. trim. He returned with proper trim and finished the job. Service: Door installation

The siding team (Paul, Mark, Drew and Jessie) came prepared to work. They were prompt, polite, industrious, and clean. This team must be the Gold standard of installers, as they never stopped working and cleaning. Our home looks beautiful with the siding and windows. Very happy with the way our project was handled from start to finish. Highly recommended

Window World had our custom sized windows manufactured with a quick turn around time (~4 weeks) and the installation went very smoothly. The quote over estimated some materials and the final bill was actually lower than the original quote. The windows have been great so far and look fabulous! I definitely recommend Window World to replace your windows.
