President of West Side Decorating Center from 1966 to 1982 before selling this business to his son Gary.

This is the one and only place to go if you want great customer service and great products combined! You won't get service like this at a place like Menards or Home Depot. They treat you like family and do whatever they can to make sure you are happy with their services. I recommend them to all of my family and friends!

I ordered Hunter Douglas Blinds for my kitchen in Dec 2021. To make a long story short the blinds were not made correctly. It was agreed the blinds were made with flaws and they would remake them with stipulations. 1. I must change the color and fabric of my blinds. 2. I must sign a contract that if they are made incorrectly again I would hold the both companies, (Westside Decorating and Hunter Douglas) FREE of responsibility.
The 2nd mistake would be on me! Where is my consideration. Also one of their salesperson gives out gift cards to certain customers for their purchases. Seems Like a purchase of $4300 would warrant a gift card unless the cards aren't based on amount of purchase
