Services
Bay and bow windows are a great choice to open up a room and let more light in as well as making the room feel larger. Bay windows typically have three sections, a center glass picture window in a flat position in relation to the room and two side glass single or double hung windows positioned at forty five degree angles.
Our replacement sliding windows are an excellent choice when the width is greater then the height of the opening. These windows make an excellent choice for larger family room windows or bedroom windows. We provide a Two Lite version and a Three Lite Slider which has a picture window in the center and both ends slide inward to provide maximum ventilation.
Picture Windows are a great way to lighten up those dark rooms in your home as well as offering a beautiful unobscured view outside. When used in combination with sliders, single/double hung or casements, you can achieve a wonderful balance between both light and air flow. Our team will handle your installation of picture windows or your vinyl picture window replacement with professional care and quality each and every time.
Some models have a lower vent that tilts-in for easy cleaning. Single hung window are generally more affordable then double-hung windows due to the single moving vent. A feature that is noticed first about a house is the home windows since they complete the outer appearance of a home. One of the common window installations that home owners prefer, is the single hung window installation which are commonly vinyl windows. Our company offers good quality vinyl windows. One of the services we offer is single hung window installation for home windows.

This company Is NOT good! The window installation they provided was "retro fitting" and not Nail fin installation. They performed a very bad job to the point that water started coming in through the windows. They offered me life time warranty and when I called they said they were out of business.

Would give NO STARS if that were a choice. This company and the owner, Jamie Keirstead, cannot be trusted. He is a shyster and you should not do business with them. They reneg on the contract terms and do not honor the warranty. Crooked as the day is long! Company is not the original one once located on Orchard Street. This one is run by the son-- he has no soul.

I hate to write negative reviews, especially when the finished product was adequate. My specific complaint is West Coast Vinyl's reneging on the warranty and guarantee. My roof was installed just over 2 years ago and I developed a very small leak around a bathroom vent. The issue was minimal and I figured it would be an easy fix. I called Jamie (with whom I negotiated for the roof contract) who informed me that they were no longer in the roof business.

After several calls to try to iron things out, he gave me the number of a roofing contractor who would presumably remedy the issue. Weeks later, with no resolve, I learned that no progress had been made in setting up a visit to my house. I also learned that it would be *me* footing the bill. How bogus and small minded. So, I am left with climbing up there myself to do the fix, leaving a very bad taste in my mouth and feeling very ripped off. Thanks for nothing West Coast Vinyl.

Window contract was signed on Jan. 7, 2015. Window install work began on March 10, 2015 Although work was not completed at the end of day, we told by our salesman Joe that we were still to stick to the terms of the payment agreement (which was a lie as the work was not completed). So we paid our remaining half of the dues $14,375 and have yet to have our work completed or even addressed or considered since then.

We have called over 15 times and no one ever calls us back with any sort of update - customer service experience has been horrible There is none. Half the time when you call you cannot get through to a person and if you do you get transferred to a voice message machine or put on hold forever. They ignore your pleas to call back, and have every excuse under the sun for why things are not happening.

For example, materials not in, medical emergency, miscommunication with just about everyone, person gone home, can't find your file, Joe is not answering his phone and finally my installers have quit and turned in their keys which I fully believe. This has been the worst customer service experience with a contractor EVER. Today I called to speak to Al about my requested refund and was told there was a medical emergency and he had to leave early. Unbelievable.

Not only is the owner Jamie Kiersted rude, he curses on the phone and does not care about how horrible his customer service and reputation is at his company. Their excuses are endless and their concern for their customers is non existent. Shame on me for not doing my homework before hiring or trusting them to honor their sales pitch.

Will NEVER use this company. A woman came door-to-door on a warm day, when I had my front door & screen door open. She ignored my NO SOLICITING sign, then she SHUT MY SCREEN DOOR! which was open, because she saw my dog INSIDE MY OWN HOUSE, and she's "afraid of dogs!" She had no right being on my property to begin with. She gave me a sales pitch, and I politely told her sorry, not interested.

She continued to be quite pushy verbally, so I pointed to the NO SOLICITING sign right next to the door, and said we don't buy anything door-to-door. She continued on about West Coast Vinyl, and I finally had to shut the door to get rid of her, at which point she made a rude remark. If this is the person they choose to represent their business, they have a lot to learn about customer service, let alone common courtesy.

I had 22 windows installed in my house in 1998. We love them. The install process took two days and there was no mess at all. They have held up very well these last 15 years. One had to be replaced last year in our guest room when we discovered it had been installed improperly. They did not have a copy of my warrantee due to a computer crash, fortunately I had the original contract and they promptly replaced the window.

We have another window that did not close and lock properly. Albert showed up with an assistant and promptly removed the window and reinstalled it to perfection. The team was courteous and professional. However the front office is totally dysfunctional and incompetent. If I was the owner I would fire them and hire someone who can better represent the company product and services.

There is no doubt in my professional mind they are losing customers. I suspect the only reason they are working there is they are related to the owner. Many have complemented our windows and I always say WCV but recommend they shop around due to their customer service representatives.

My wife and I had the very unfortunate experience of doing business with West Coast Vinyl. NEVER AGAIN! If someone suggest using them for anything run like Hell! They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. We had a roof done on our house in north Tacoma. The sales rep said 50 year warranty, promised an underlayment layer and to cover the flat section of the addition.

When the installer arrived, they didn't even know how to do flat roofs! Underlayment? Nope. Warranty? What a joke! We still don't know for sure what that is. Calling them is even more frustrating than trying to get computer phone support. One of their managers came to the house to try to "make things right". He gave us a "screaming" deal on 3 windows for the garage, which were to be installed in 2-3 weeks. 9 weeks later they showed up.

We were also supposed to have 1 year of no payments and no interest. Well, that went out the window as well. What a bunch of rip offs! Don't EVER do business with West Coast Vinyl! You WILL regret it. I know we do. The only reason I gave them one star is the system wouldn't let me give them a negative star rating! W. Stevens

Run don't walk. These people are crooks. I spend over $10k, and windows are leaking because they broke the casing around my windows. I tried to settle nicely with them, they came back and use caulking the *@! around my window and called back and said they all fixed! This is a business and I am on a schedule so I had to let it go in order to open my business on time.

I had to paid for someone else to fix all the casing around the windows. Believe me and you will save a lot of headache and money.'One time for a life time' that is true because they will not come back and take care of you.

We are happy with the windows, and the installers they sent were fine, but the office was HORRIBLE to deal with. Delay after delay, after re-measurement, after re-build, after delay after delay. Then the installation took days because they sent too small a crew, who were here from dawn to dusk working their tails off to try and make up for the poor office planning.

We were left with a boarded up window over night, and the last day of installation was going to be a week after the rest because their crews were busy. After an angry phone call from my husband, the crew was suddenly freed up to come the next day. To get any phone call returned throughout the whole process, after we paid money of course, it took 4-8 calls over several days, and days of waiting and growing frustrated.

Communication was very, very bad. We even had to call several times, more than a week after installation to find out where our receipt was! I would never recommend this company. Nice product, but unforgiveable customer service - with a small, "sorry, we were busy". They don't get it. And the Lifetime guarantee is only good if you never sell your house. If you sell, it's only a 5 year guarantee, and you can only do that transfer once.

They say Lifetime guarantee.that is if you can get them out to do the work. I had the windows installed earlier this year and a couple of the windows had issues. A sliding glass door was install a bit crooked, so they came out and "fixed it". Then the lock started having issues, so I scheduled them to come out again. I had to leave before they had finished, so when I got home I tried the lock and it still was a problem.

I scheduled another appt. for them to come out and waited for them to come only to get a phone call 1/2 hour after they were supposed to be there and was told he would be an hour late. I had to leave, so we had to reschedule again. This time they didn't show up because of an alternator problem in the service guys van, but I didn't find that out until after I had waited another hour.so we rescheduled.

Today after 6 attempts at getting the lock on my glass door fixed, I sat waiting for a full hour, called the service desk and they didn't know where the service guy was. They told me they would call me back. I waited another 15 minutes and called them back and was told the driver had been in a collision on his way to my house. So guess what, we rescheduled again.

They are scheduled to come back tomorrow, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed. Meanwhile, every time we go out our back door, if we're not paying attention, we get locked out. I've missed hours of work waiting for appointments and my door is still not fixed.very dissatisfied.
