Having worked for three years in the Atlanta area for other companies, I saw a need for a more personable approach to helping customers, so in 1990 I started Waterhouse Exterminating and incorporated in 1994. As with many start ups I focused on my local area in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Then with the gradual expansion and growth of the business I began to search out dependable and trustworthy individuals as employees. We relocated to Snellville, Georgia in 1994 and then in 2008 we again relocated to the Lawrenceville, Georgia area.

In times past, companies then made a habit of spraying heavy amounts of pesticide indoors and insisted that homes be serviced every month. However the industry began to change and improve. Waterhouse adopted the industries new approach, the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach to pest management.

My family are long-time residential customers of Waterhouse Exterminating. The owner and his team have always taken excellent care of our pest control and exterminating needs. They are professional, timely, competent, and extremely thorough. We can always count on them even in the case of emergencies.
