After calling around most of the early afternoon. I found Earl and the HotWaterExpress - They have a system set up to not only aid them in diagnosing issues but saves time and $$ for all. Earl was able to diagnose/trouble shoot an issue over the phone and get our hot water units up and working. We now have hot water and he will be out to correct the situation permanently in the morning. It is refreshing to work with such honest people.

Earl gave me the best quote out of the 5 businesses I contacted and also got back to me quickest. After the installation, he called me to give me some advice on the running of my water heater and let me know how I can keep my gas bill down by simply lowering the temp in the summer. (I have a dual system that also heats my house). 10/10 recommend!
