This is the second home that Vallow has installed carpet for me. I absolutely recommend them. Their team from the office to the installers are the best. Very easy to work with and the installers were very professional.

We recently moved to Edwardsville and needed to find flooring for our new home. We asked around and were referred to Vallow. Our experience was wonderful from the beginning. My sales associate Ariel went above and beyond to help me select the right flooring in my price range. Then it came time to have it installed and the guys were right on time and did a phenomenal job - we could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I have a few more projects for our home and I know I can count on Vallow to help make sure it goes smooth!

I have used Vallow Flooring a couple of times now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail was superior. Mr. Vallow initially came to take a look at our botched floor job. He steered me in the right direction as far as choosing the correct flooring product to repair our home, and made me aware of financing options to make it doable.

Thanks to him, we were on a seamless path to getting our house back in shape in no time. Ariel and the other in-house professionals were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. Our installers, Dan and Chris, were TOP NOTCH craftsmen, and really fantastic people to boot! They had to deal with the mess from that previous floor, which involved a LOT of tedious work. Nevertheless, they consistently went above and beyond to give us the most beautiful end result. and our floors are gorgeous.

The owner visited the site throughout the installation, and even came to answer my questions as I prepared my house for the job. I am SO HAPPY with the end result, and grateful to Vallow for the fact that I have a livable home again. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give them.

I highly recommend Vallow. Although there was an initial problem with the carpet itself, they did everything in their power to correct it - and did. They spent much time and effort to make sure everything was done correctly, were patient and responsive to my requests, and everything looks beautiful. Mr. Vallow is personally involved in making sure all is done to the customer's satisfaction and I truly appreciated it. Thank you Vallow.

Called for a quote to stretch carpet. Fair pricing and though they let me know in advance the stretching might not work out well, they followed up to ask my opinion and it came out perfect. Wish I had before and after pics to share, but long story short, they are honest, professional and I will use them for any future flooring needs - highly recommend!

I have used Vallow several times over the last few years, and have always been completely satisfied. I just replaced all of the carpet in my house and was amazed at the knowledge of the sales staff in helping me choose a new carpet and was blown away by the installation crew. They were polite, professional and did a fantastic job. I had compared prices to several other carpet stores and Vallow beat them all. We wanted to support small business so chose Vallow. Everyone was very nice. There was a slight mix up but Seth rectified the issue and we got our flooring installed. The installers did a great and quick job. I appreciate the attention to detail.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my entire floor installation process with Vallow. I vetted the job thoroughly and I felt the most comfortable with Vallow's expertise, recommendations and cost compared to other companies I spoke with. Mark was quick with my measurements and quote, and he was super helpful in answering questions I had about the install. Ariel was phenomenal to work with as I was in and out of the store numerous times dropping off and picking up different samples trying to narrow down my choices.

She was quick to respond to my emails and send along recommendations for the type of floor I was looking for. Once it was time for install, Justin and George did an amazing job! They worked quickly and the whole job was immaculate! I was so nervous to pull the trigger on such a large project and be unhappy with the final result. But Vallow made it painless and the completed look is beyond my expectation! Do not hesitate to do business with these wonderful people!

Second time I have been in this store first time was a year ago, lady at desk points from her chair what section of the room the type of flooring we needed, acted like we were interrupting her day. Yesterday same 2 ladies in their chairs, we walked in no one even acknowledged we were there, we looked @ the flooring towards back door, no one even came over to us as I'm taking pics of different ideas needless to say after 5 min of being there I walked out and No one seemed to notice we were there. Last time I cross their doorway! Customer service is dead there!

Love our new kitchen floor! Vallow Flooring was quick, timely and installers were excellent. Material was dropped off a couple days early right on schedule and installers were exactly on time and were so thorough and left the kitchen so clean. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend - a wonderful selection to choose from as well!

We just had new flooring put in kitchen and two bathrooms. These men showed up following cdc guidelines they were very prompt professional and so polite couldn't have ask for anything more! Did beautiful work! Very pleased! Thanks Vallow for only hiring the best!

We have been dealing with Vallow since 2001, when we built a new home in Maryville. We have always received quality flooring. The prices are consistently reasonable. The customer service has always been great. The installers are friendly and efficient. If there is a problem of any kind, we can count on Mark Vallow to come to our house and help us solve it. We have sent several of our friends there and they have been satisfied too. We just wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've used Vallow for years and they just recently did the master bedroom. Reasonably priced and the installation went well. I recommend this family owned business.

Horrible customer service. Called to give them my $$$ and the old crabby lady that answered was unprofessional and rude. What a joke. Hope they get some better accommodating employees. Never again.

Vallow did a terrific job for us. Their prices were more than competitive and the quality of work was extremely high --- AND --- there was one issue and the owner came out and personally fixed it. I couldn't recommend this company higher!

Our basement flooded and we called Vallow to come out and give us an estimate to replace the carpet pad and possibly the carpet. They did respond quickly and came out the next morning. However, the guy was really rude. We were already dealing with a lot. We didn't need to have some rude guy to add on to our problems. I've used Vallow in the past, but will not again. I don't understand companies that treat people like jerks that are paying them for their service. Especially when there are so many other places to choose from.
