We were extremely satisfied and happy with the prompt service and excellent installation job. The installation team went beyond their normal install to provide us the best result on our fence around our patio. They left are yard in top condition with the old fence and any extra dirt removed. These guys are great. We were scheduled to have a pergola on 5/2/22. Much to our delight they called the week before and asked if they could come in on the prior Thursday and get it done. Tom and his crew called to let us know they were on their way. A few short hours later, we were sitting under the shade. So far - we are loving it. We were so skeptical about doing this, due to recent difficulties with another flooring company who failed up miserably. Valleywide did an excellent job with our 1/2 acre residential project in Loma. Fair prices, quick turnaround, and good communication were highlights of our experience. Specifically, Jake and his crew we extraordinarily courteous, knowledgeable, and committed to get the fence just how we wanted it within our timeline. I can't thank them enough. They stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty, and while the fence is so well done I think I won't need it, I'm glad to know that the company will make it right if anything fails. Our experience with Valleywide was exceptional. Every aspect from the sales person to the installers was done with absolute professionalism and care. The people in the office made us feel like we were their only customer. The installers did a walk through with us before they ever started work on the fence so that we knew exactly what we were getting. Finally, Valleywide sent the project manager and the GM out to do a final walk through after the completion of the project. We definitely recommend Valleywide if you have fencing projects.

They started with quotes and were competitive. I shopped a total of 3 fence companies in town and they seemed to have the best product and fastest install time. I went with them and the process was extremely easy and fast. I had a fence within a few weeks. I would recommend them to anyone. I am also a fan of the lifetime guarantee they offer.

Highly recommend Brennon, Jessie, and the rest of the ValleyWide field and office team for their phenomenal work on a pergola for our back deck.
