Services
We are located in Fort Wayne, IN and our service covers northern Indiana and north western Ohio. USSI is a authorized service center for Nordyne (Intertherm/Miller), Coleman, and BROAN equipment. Being a authorized dealer allows us to handle any and all warranty repairs. Replacing your furnace filter regularly will increase the life of the furnace tremendusly, and can eliminate the need for a yearly tune up.
Indoor pollution sources that release gases or particles into the air are the primary cause of indoor air quality problems in homes. Inadequate ventilation can increase indoor pollutant levels by not bringing in enough outdoor air to dilute emissions from indoor sources and by not carrying indoor air pollutants out of the home.

I am not one to post reviews often (if ever actually). However; after receiving an estimate of nearly $1100 from another company to fix our AC, being told that $1100 would be a "nickel and dime" fix and that we'd need to pay $4000 to replace it, along with having us wait 5 days with no actual time indication on when they could come out we said no!
We were given Steve's number and he was able to assess what needed fixed and come out to fix the issue the next day for 1/3 of the price we were going to pay. Their customer service was exceptional and our AC works beautifully now. USSI Inc will have our business for years to come!

USSI's team feels like a extended family to us. When we need there help they have been there for us every time. With the hard winters we have had, and the steamy summers they have just been a phone call away. We find there charges to be very fair, and less then other people I have called in the passed. We will call no other than USSI. Great people.
