My main line from my house to the street was backing up on 6/12 and I called Ultimate Drain Services and they came out a few hours it was done and it was taken care of! All our drains still work! We would recommend them to any company and to any person! Ultimate Drain arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled window, which was great.

Keith from Ultimate Drain gave us a holiday miracle! We were told by three people from two big chain companies we would need to tear apart our walls/floors in order to unclog our drain. Bidding us over $5,000 for this project. Keith from Ultimate Drain came the same day we called and was able to snake the drain and fix our problem! All at a reasonable price! Keith was committed to solving our problem in a simple and cost-effective way.
He didn't give up just to pursue a more expensive job for the company's profit. We cannot thank Keith and Ultimate Drain enough for their excellent service! If you have a clogged drain, don't bother calling anyone else but Ultimate Drain!

I first called Alto, they came out and everything was worse soon after they left. I was recommend to another company Ultimate Drain Services. I called them we set up an appointment for the following morning. Brandon came to my house. I was not very happy when he got there. Within 15 mins he had me calmer, diagnosed the issue and told me exactly what they missed and he would not. That was 3 weeks ago and everything is still working as Brandon promised.

Horrible service. Arrived almost 2 hours later than our 4 hour given time window with no call or update. Recommended from a family friend because they have used them for their rental properties. My experience was not that great. I had a company come out prior and was quoted almost $6,000 to dig up our front yard due to a "blockage" caused by a broken or collapsed pipe according to them.
I called this company to come out to take a look at the backed up main drain and to get a second opinion before deciding to go ahead and have the main drain replaced. The technician for some reason called the previous company that came out to see what they did. Then he proceeded to call and tell me that there wasn't much he could do if I already had someone out and told me I could pay him the service charge instead to save money because he clearly didn't want to do the work at this point.
I thought it was very unprofessional. There was no reason for him to call them. The whole reason I had them come out was to perform the work and after getting off the phone with him and arriving there 10 minutes later he told me that he couldn't get passed the same spot the previous company who he spoke with that came out prior. No additional information when asked if there was anything on the snake.
He seemed like he just wanted to move on. There was no way that within that 10-15 minute window he actually tried hard enough. I was charged $215 for nothing. Had a different company come out the very next day and they found tree roots causing the block and was able to unclog it no problem and only for $150. Not sure if it was just the technician I was dealing with but very dissapointed in the service and his professionalism.

We had Brian at Ultimate Drain Services out to unclog a drain that another handyman couldn't fix. The job was done quickly, with the right tools, and Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. My in-laws discovered a plugged basement floor drain. I called Ultimate Drain in the morning and they had a technician to the house in the afternoon. The drain was unclogged and the work was done in a timely fashion. The price was fair. The technician explained the problem and was very professional. This is the first time I have used this company and I would highly recommend them.

**update** After I left my review I was given a response from the owner to call him. I have called 3 times and no call back after leaving a message. Supports my first report of poor service. 11-23-2020 Very poor service. When I called to inquire about service the man who answer the phone assured me he could get the sink unclogged. I asked him if he was sure he replied that there has been 2 sinks in the last 20 years so yes he was very sure it would be fixed.
He told me it is 115.00 to get it unclogged. Tech arrived very quick after call was made. Tech kept looking at the pipes saying I have never seen pipes like these. He did the same thing I did which he pushed a snake down there and said he could not get past what it was. So drain was not fixed when he left. He came back to the door and said sorry I have to charge you 115.00.
I said for what it is not fixed and nowhere on the web site did it say pay even if not able to fix and the man who dispatched you here said you would be able to fix it but never said I had to pay if you did or did not fix it. The tech apologized and said he even asked his manager to please wave the fee since nothing was done and it was still clogged and he said no charge anyways.
In today's world with everything we have going on this is so unsettling to know companies take advantage of people like this. Covid has some of us live by every small pennie we have and for companies like this to charge when the could not complete the job makes me sick to my stomach. I would never recommend this company for this reason. I plan to write to the better business bureau also. Very bad service

Just had Ultimate Drain Services out to my house (07/15/2020) for the 3rd time. Once for main line camera/scope and twice for main line cleaning. Each time they have been very responsive, arrived in the time frame they said they would, and provided excellent service. My main line going to the street has a persistent issue with roots and Ultimate does a nice job each time clearing out the line.
I like to ask a lot of questions and the Techs with Ultimate always answer my questions and provide a lot of detail on what exactly they are doing. Would I recommend Ultimate to my friends and family, Yes, in fact I have already. Thank you Ultimate Drain Services for being such a great company.

I have my floor drain clogged. I called my home insurance and they assigned the service with this company (Ultimate Drain Services Inc). I called them on December 30, 2020. I have told that they will come over at my around 10am -12pm. I have been waiting today December 31, 2020 till 1pm but no one showed up. I made a phone call again today after 1pm, a person who answered said that he doesn't know who is assigned to be there.
He told me that most of the schedule are behind 3-4 hours as usual. I waited until 4 o'clock, still nobody shows up and I made a phone call again but no one answered my phone call. I left my voice message and they did call me back after that. A guy said he doesn't really know he could come tomorrow and he will let me know. However, I doubt that they will be doing the same thing like never promised to their customers to provide the service or their job. It is hard to get a service which doesn't value the customers and better prefer to get different companies.

Have had these guys out twice for different drain problems in our house. Super knowledgeable, and each time cleared them with no difficulty. (The first time a different company we had been using couldn't even get it done). Ultimate Drain Service rates didn't leave us with sticker shock either. Highly recommend
