PCB's, Polychlorinated Biphenyls, are a group of man made organic chemicals that the EPA banned in 1979. They were banned because PCB's cause numerous adverse health effects. Cancer, immune system, endocrine system and nervous system disorders. PCB's can be found in caulking, flooring, paints, oil, wire insulation, contaminated soil, and many other products.
Lead is a highly toxic metal that was used for many years in products. Lead may cause a range of health effects, from behavioral problems and learning disabilities, to seizures and death. Lead based paint is a serious hazard in commercial, industrial, and residential construction. Removing this dangerous substance prevents lead poisoning and other health risks. Lead abatement is one of Bestech's trades in which we are certified and have trained and licensed personnel to perform the abatement.
Mold produce tiny spores to reproduce. Mold spores waft through the indoor and outdoor air continually. When mold spores land on a damp spot indoors, they may begin growing and digesting whatever they are growing on in order to survive. Mold can be found almost everywhere; they can grow on virtually any substance, providing that moisture is present.

Broke our front door screen, steps to the attic, and stapled plastic into our wood floors and trim. Didn't even wipe down the floor afterward and they had to be contacted to do so. When I contacted them about the floors my concern was met with irritation rather than a business trying to right their wrong. After all this I asked for a line by line breakdown of the costs and they refused to provide me with that.

When you are dealing with something like asbestos, and especially at the price of 10k, you expect more than the service we received. I did not feel comfortable or like my home was kept clean during or after this process and I strongly do not recommend using this company. The only good thing was that the supervisor on site was kind.
