Chris replaced my kitchen faucet. He arrived during the expected window, then evaluated the job. Chris provided the estimate and asked if i wanted to proceed. Once i confirmed he went right to work. He left to get a part and returned to complete the job. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will use Top Tec again.

I called the company at 8am and I had a technician out to my house by 1:30pm, on the the hottest day of the summer. 5 star service. Dre came out and inspected my air conditioner as well as explained in detail what's going on and how this happens. I was very low on refrigerant due to a leak he took the time to explain how to put the dampers and how to change them for the seasons change.

He told me to call again if something else happens but the system was in great shape. I will definitely use this company from now on and recommend them to everyone! Thank you again for the great, quick service!

Extremely wonderful service! I had a plumbing issue and Chris Drzdz came and fixed the problem. He was extremely thorough in assessing the situation, and he asked me specific questions to ensure his evaluation matched up with the issues I addressed. Not only did he do a great job, he also shared a variety of options, and didn't try to "sell" me on anything. He gave some precautionary suggestions on things I can do myself to prevent the issue from occurring again. I highly recommend this company.

This is a Plumbing and Electrical service review. Having just moved to the area it is incredible to find a company who is so responsive and professional. I met Chris (you should ask for him for Plumbing) and Tracy (ask for him for electrical) who came for a quote, were respectful, professional, and fair in pricing and the conversation about what was going on with my electrical needs, sump pump and other plumbing devices.

Given the high reviews on Google, I expected this, but it exceeded my expectation when I got a full install which was done in rapid fashion and completed as promised. Both Tracy and Chris were on time, excellent, and I will use Toptec for all plumbing and electrical work in the future. Side note: It is great that during working hours you can always get someone who will answer a call in the office. The staff (Jenny and Margie) are excellent.

I had a fan in my heating system that was making squealing noises every time it came on. Called Top Tec and they were able to come out the same day. The Tech called to advise he was coming over and arrived when he said, I have forgotten his name, but he was very nice and professional. I needed a new motor which needed to be ordered, it arrived the next day late and Tech called to see if he could come out and replace or if we could set up an appointment for the following day.

I chose the following day and he arrived promptly and changed the motor. I was very very pleased with the work and the service I received, I will contact them again when I need more work. Thanks Sandy McLean

Dr. Dre (Andre) was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. He informed me of troubleshooting steps and provided a great deal of clarity on a Sunday when my furnace locked out after tripping a sensor the night prior. After getting it running with his advice, the next day Dr. Dre was here to inspect and clean the system. At 15yo the furnace's inducer was struggling but it was deemed fit enough to try to last the rest of the winter.

Excellent communication and explanation, and a delight to talk to. Glad to have met and worked with him! We are consistantly happy with TopTec for their variety of home maintenance services.

Chris was our Plumber. He was GREAT! Knowledgeable, professional, & friendly are words to describe Chris. Top Tech was very easy to do business with. It was so nice to call them and be able to talk to a human, and yet they have high technology systems in place to make the project go smoothly. Will definitely use TOPTEC again, and would recommend to a friend.

We used TopTec's 24 hour emergency service twice when our furnace went out during single digit temperatures. They were very friendly, able to get someone out to our house in just a few hours each time, and the technicians (Andre and Drew) were very knowledgeable. They explained each of the repairs and gave us general advice on heating our home. They also provided us commercial space heaters to keep our home warm over the weekend so they could install a new furnace on the next business day.

The install technicians (Buzz and one other) were fast, efficient, and polite. The owner and office (Jen and one other) also assisted in providing all the information we requested in order to submit a reimbursement claim to our home warranty service. We will definitely be using TopTec in the future!

Adam was great! He serviced maintenance work for my furnace, had patience to educate me and even set my thermostat on a schedule! Which, I had no idea was possible.
