The Rug Beater was recommended to us by Cloister Flooring. Phil, the owner, was both professional and personable. We enjoyed talking with him. He did a thorough job cleaning the carpet in two of our rooms. He used protectors for wall corners and placed a floor covering for the equipment to protect our hardwood floors. I would like to commend The Rug Beater. Absolutely wonderful business with which to work. From scheduling to completed work, the staff and technicians were totally professional. They came on four separate occasions, and each time the work was completed in a very satisfying way. (I would like to add that they also polished our wood floors, as well.) I especially want to give a "shout-out" to Chip who was our primary technician on each occasion. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra-mile. A real gem! The Rug Beater is a locally owned company and they stand-by their work. I would recommend them without reservation! You get a job well-done!

The service tech called before arriving and arrived within the time stated. Chip told me what to expect and took measurements. We reviewed the problem areas and he set to work, vacuuming first and then shampooing. The carpet looks bright and fresh again! I will continue to use Rug Beaters in the future and recommend them highly. Chip did a through job. I am very pleased.

Stacey was my initial contact with The Rug Beater. She made it easy to determine what service I needed and to get it scheduled for just several days later. Chip and Elliott were my techs, and they were awesome -- courteous, considerate, knowledgeable.the works! I had 2 chairs and an ottoman cleaned, and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend The Rug Beater!

Sam did a great job performing the carpet cleaning. The little gift bag they left upon completion was evidence of their desire to set themselves apart and above the rest.

My hardwood floors had a grey coating on them. I was referred to The Rug Beaters by Cloister Flooring. Phil found the problem was that I had used the wrong product. He and Rich removed all of it. They even got down level with the floor and using a light checked to make sure all of the grey coating was removed. They were meticulous in making sure my floors returned to their original state.
I also had them clean the all our area rugs. They were returned in beautiful condition. Again being meticulous Phil had taken measurements to ensure the the rugs were placed in their original positions. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I received!

I have used the Rug Beater on many occasions over the years and I have always been extremely happy with their service. They respond quickly to messages, the techs are always on time and friendly, and most importantly, the rugs always come out better than any other place I've used. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for the best rug cleaners around! (And no, I'm not being paid to write this, they are just that good. Lol)

I was very pleased with the service I received. We cleaned our basement carpet which we've had for probably 20+ years and it was only cleaned once before. Some years ago our grandchildren found the finger paints and painted the carpet. We attempted to wash it out with a wet vacuum but it really looked awful. There were also other stains. Our carpet gave the technicians a real challenge but in the end we are thoroughly pleased with the results. Rug Beaters was excellent with communication.
I was away the day they came and I asked that they call me 30 minutes before they arrive so I could be here. They did that. The technician explained everything, including the price before he started. Because of how badly stained our carpet was and several other reasons with the carpet, they came back twice after the initial cleaning to work on stains.
They were very willing, to come back seeing it as a challenge to do a good job rather than a problem. These return trips were no extra charge. I highly recommend their services.
