We had carpet & vinyl done. We shopped around. They were the best price & we got a much better product for that price compared to the competitors. Plus I love using a family owned local business over a big box store or big name company seen on TV commercials (we got quotes from both). I cannot say enough how happy we are with this company & their customer service is amazing. We love our floors.

We had the best experience at the Floor Barn from the flooring selection process to wrapping up with choosing the right cleaner for our new floor. Brian was super informative when I went in to the store for the first time to select our flooring. I asked a million questions and if he didn't know the answer he contacted the rep and got an answer for me quickly. Communication was great and Brian made the entire process easy which I appreciated.

We remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom. We chose The Floor Barn as they are a Crowley-Burleson family owned business, very easy to work with, very competitive and met our schedule needs. The entire Heltzel family was a joy to work with. Don measured the rooms and hand delivered the product. A last minute change was made and he fixed it immediately.

The floor installation crew was professional and efficient and worked with our schedule need between other contractors. We also purchased our bathroom cabinets from The Floor Barn and they turned out great. We are very pleased with the final result and recommend The Floor Barn team to anyone who needs new flooring or cabinets.

We have used The Floor Barn for four different projects: they have removed the tub and shower and installed a walk-in shower in the master bathroom in three different houses, as well as installed new kitchen floors for us. They have done a wonderful a job for us, and made corrections, if needed. In addition, when we were getting quotes for our first shower remodel, theirs was not hundreds, but thousands less than the other quotes we received. They have a showroom to select materials, or, you can buy from a home improvement store. Call and ask for Brian or James.

From the measurements to the install everything was a class act. They stayed right on schedule with no surprises at the end of the job. They we're very competitive in pricing and the quality was impeccable. This family owned business is a cut above the rest.

My husband and I had been shopping around for flooring for awhile and were very pleased to have found The Floor Barn. Most of the other flooring places we visited were very overwhelming and pushy. Sue at The Floor Barn was the complete opposite and a joy to work with. She was very clear, professional, and informative throughout the whole process. She made sure that we knew what we would be paying, down to the penny, so that there would be no surprises.

The installers were so nice and very respectful of our house. They were cordial and did an absolutely stellar job installing the laminate flooring downstairs and carpeting on our stairs. They were prompt, professional, and friendly, and very courteous to my mother-in-law who was home while they were doing the work. All in all, the staff at The Floor Barn are wonderful people and I am completely satisfied with their work.

The Floor Barn Arlington is flexible, honest, and committed to satisfaction. They did a total re-flooring in my mother-in-law's house. It was a little tricky because they had to coordinate with me between actually acquiring the house, working around my schedule, and having the flooring done before my mother-in-law moved in from another city. I also had other tradesmen (such as plumbers, technicians, and painters) doing work, but the people at The Floor Barn went above and beyond to try to work with me and the other tradespeople.

They were flexible, and even though they had other jobs they did a good job with meeting my timeline. I've used other flooring companies before, and there is no way they would have been able to pull this off. More importantly, the flooring, wood, and carpet looks great, and the price that they had quoted me for was the actual cost. My mother in law is very happy, and so am I.
