I found Texas Tile House after an extensive research online. I crossed different information and reviews to include them in a bid with other 3 companies. Their price was intermediate, but since the first meeting I liked Rod's (the owner) engagement and how he was really listening to our ideas. He suggested alternatives that we couldn't see, and it was crucial to have the best outcome and lower the cost. TTH has a multidisciplinary team like floor, electricity, cabinetry, painting, doors and windows guys, and they are really specialists in their fields.

It was our first remodeling experience as homeowners in the US, so I don't need to say how concerned we were about the execution, the quality, team management and cost. It was way better that I could imagine, because besides the team is very extremely professional, clean and efficient, Rod is an excellent project manager. The renovation cost and deadline were fulfilled to the letter, the communication is clear and efficient, and I didn't experience any stress or inconvenience during the three weeks of work.

I had my first floor carpet replaced by engineered hardwood, the formal living room became an amazing office and the entry hall was painted (some pictures attached). Based on my experience, I'm excited to recommend Texas Tile House to anyone who wants to be satisfied with home remodeling as I am!

We recently had our master bath remodeled by Texas Tile House. They did a fabulous job! It is beautiful! I often sit and stare in disbelief this is my bathroom! Rod Flowers was so helpful in the pick design of our bathroom. He has a great eye. His and his team's attention to detail is awesome. Having contractors in your house is never easy but they sure made it the best it could be.

Every day the work area was cleaned up and ready for the next day. They were professional, very talented, courteous and respectable of our time and property. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

This is a great company to work with! Yancey Traylor and his crew were skillful, professional, creative, and respectful of our home. The work was completed as planned and quoted, and our beautifully-tiled shower turned out even better than expected. The showroom was neat and inviting. Everyone on staff at this family-owned business was friendly and helpful. Well done!

Amazing! Our experience with Texas Tile House was just amazing! From our first phone call to request an estimate to the final product, we could not have been happier with our experience with Texas Tile House. Yancey was our project manager and he made sure we were exceptionally happy every step of the way. We had a complete remodel of the master bathroom that included removal of the large tub and installation/relocation of a new large shower, new cabinets, countertops, sinks, fixtures, lights, mirrors, popcorn removal, flooring and painting.

In addition, they installed new floor tile in a guest bathroom and removed popcorn & painted the ceiling in our utility room. Our estimate was realistic and the work was completed on schedule. Our first meeting with Yancey was very positive and it just got better and better as the project progressed. He came by daily to make sure we were happy with the progress.

We made several design changes and he was very helpful along the way. The crew was professional, respectful and skilled. They were always on time, worked very diligently and cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. During our visits to their showroom, we were always greeted and assisted by Mia and Rod. They were very kind and welcoming. We cannot say enough good things about everyone we worked with at Texas Tile House.

They did a phenomenal job for us. Further, the owners displayed tremendous character and an expectation of quality before, during and even after completion of the project that was unparalleled. It was a pleasure to work them. To describe the finished bathroom.well, it's absolutely an oasis! Without hesitation, we highly recommend them and we will definitely call them for our future kitchen remodel. Thanks Texas Tile House!

One word to describe our remodel experience with Texas Tile House: Easy. You would never think that a review for a remodel would ever start with such a simple concept. But truly, if you want an easy, trusting, communicative experience for your remodel, choose Texas Tile House. From the first meeting with Yancey down to the last day and even after the work was done, Yancey made sure my mind was put at ease about any questions or concerns I had.

The estimate provided to us gave great detail on the work to be done. We only had a few changes, all of which were minor and by choice. Not once did a change occur because of anyone missing a detail from the estimate. The guys who did the work were professional, courteous, and worked hard and fast. We were told 5 weeks and they finished 5 weeks on the dot.

The end result is gorgeous; stunning even. We had our kitchen remodeled (all new cabinets, counter-tops, moved an island) and had the entire downstairs tiled and repainted. Would I recommend Texas Tile House to anyone that wants to do a remodel, large or small? Absolutely. Will I use them again? Absolutely.

Rod flowers and his company, Texas Tile House, have done multiple renovations in our home. The latest was installing quartz countertops in the kitchen. To say I am happy would be a major understatement! Love, love, love my countertops! Rod and his crew did an amazing job! Thanks so much!

I had previously used TTH for a bathroom remodel about 6 years ago and they did a great job. So, I contacted them back in late September about getting a quote for some flooring work in my home to go hand in hand with a remodel project being done by another contractor. The owner, Rod Flowers, came out on the 4th of October and took some measurements and said he would have something to me in 2 days.

Still nothing on the 7th, but I let it ride because I had other things going on as well. I had a chance to stop by after work on the Monday following and the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and explained that Rod was slammed with several different projects going on at once and had 3 quotes waiting to be finalized. For quality work, I'm willing to wait a little bit longer, so I bit my tongue.

The woman I spoke with asked that I give him until that Thursday (13th) and if I didn't get anything to please call them. I was tied up at work on Friday and couldn't call. They are closed on Saturdays, so I finally had a chance to call early the next week, Still not done and I was promised that they would make sure Rod was aware that I had called, again. So, due to an earlier shift at work today, I had a chance to stop by.

The estimate is still incomplete three weeks later. I realize companies get busy and growth comes with some pains, but the courtesy of even a phone call to explain a delay would have been appreciated and may have even kept my business. To treat a return customer like this, especially after I had recommended them to several people through various social media applications and personally to friends and family is extremely disheartening.
