Team restoration was excellent to work with. They promptly responded to water damage in our basement and did great work with all of the repairs. Excellent communication throughout our projects including a bathroom remodel and basement repairs. Jake and Mike are very professional and ensured top quality work. Team Restoration was diligent and kept the project moving. We had a tiled walk-in shower installed. A minor glitch was quickly resolved satisfactorily. End result is a beautiful new walk in shower, minus the glass wall door that is on order, which we contracted with separately from Team Restoration. TR does an high quality job and stays on top of all work by sub-contractors. I'd have them do another project without hesitation.

Team Restoration did an incredible job giving us the darker hardwood floor look we desired in our new home. The wood was formerly blonde. We receive so many compliments on the beatiful color. Their craftsmanship and expertise is second-to-none. They created a custom stain color to match our preferences and have been so helpful with questions about care and upkeep as a result of dogs and active kids.
They are so responsive and straightforward. I saved their number in my phone so that I never forget it! Highly recommended and would definitely use them for any project in our future.

We cannot say how happy we are that we hired Mark Zimmer and Team Restoration to manage the build-out of Corridor Coffee. Any building built in the 1800s will present unexpected challenges. Despite these, Mark and his team stuck to the timeline, the budget and was in excellent communication for the entire project. Mark Zimmer's integrity and conscientiousness are unparalleled; he absolutely does what he says and personally cares about the projects and people that he commits to. If we could give 6 stars to Mark, we would. Mark receives my strongest possible endorsement. Thank you!

We recently had a leak in our refrigerator that got under the wood floor in the kitchen and pretty much ruined it. Big bumps all over the place. We had already had Team Restoration come out to evaluate a remodel on our bathroom but we had decided not to do it at this time. However, we thought they did a very good job with the estimate so we called them back a few months later when we needed to have the floor redone. Mark, the same guy they did the bathroom evaluation returned by email with a call in about 3 min. which I thought was very weird and really fast.
I assume that is not normal but I was impressed anyway. They were able to come out and take a look in a couple days even though it was between Xmas and New Years. We ordered the new floor we wanted but within a couple days we found a different one we liked even more. They were very courteous and accommodating at making the change. Even the billing was made very easy.
They sent me an evaluation of exactly what the insurance company needed with costs and all I had to do was forward it to them. They accepted it without question and our claim was processed very quickly. If we need something again, we will be calling them back.
