That means that the guy who is working in your house is our full-time employee and not a random subcontractor. Though there are times when a subcontractor must be hired to perform a portion of the work on a project i.e.
T. Morgan Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Tim and Shani Williams and has been operating as a corporation in the State of Indiana since 1998. Prior to forming a corporation, Tim had been operating his construction company as a sole proprietor for several years. In order to meet the demand of his increasing workload and client base, Tim decided to incorporate, hire employees and grow his business.

I contracted with T Morgan Construction to remove a load bearing wall between the family room and living room in my 1970's ranch home and installation of a large beam and support column. The project also included skylight replacement, hardwood flooring and new drywall installation. From the initial visit from Gary through the completion of the job, I was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness and quality of work.
I was kept up to date during each phase of the construction and any small issues were taken care of promptly and professionally. I am so happy with my new living space! Many thanks to Tim, Shani, Gabriella, Mike, Kurt, Shawn and James for their open lines of communication and quality workmanship. I will definitely use T Morgan Construction for any future work at my home!

I hired T. Morgan Construction to do a complete master bath remodel along with extending new flooring into my master bedroom and work in my half bath. They are knowledgeable with employees who have worked for them a long time which says a lot about how they take care of their team. They were super responsive to any questions I had. The guys working in my home were polite, on time and knew the job well, asking me questions along the way. Highly recommend for remodeling jobs!
