We are really happy with the work that SWAN did to install a new heat pump and furnace in our home. Our main installation technician, Daniel, did a great job. Our home is over 100 years old so these types of projects always present unique challenges. The installation took longer than expected, but we really appreciate that Daniel took the time to customize the installation to fit our small space. We could tell that Daniel cared about quality and takes pride in his work.

Service was awesome from beginning to end. The person who answered the phone was friendly and fit me in quickly. Drilon was honest and explained the proposed fixes well. He didn't try to oversell me which I really appreciated. And he listened well to my questions and concerns too! And Ricardo is amazing. He did the work of 2 guys himself and installed a whole new system in less than a day! He was professional and courteous and explained all his work and how to operate everything to me as well. Definitely will be using SWAN again!

As always, Swan did a fantastic job! Shane was courteous, professional, and walked me through the maintenance inspection. He took the extra time to not only explain the the different recommendations based on his findings, but the rationale for each recommendation. This was my first time using Swan Plumbing and I could not be more pleased with the service from the technician, John Waters! He was friendly, pleasant, professional and was kind in answering all my questions John also took the time to fix a bathtub faucet that wasn't working because of a minor clog. He was sure to check all the other faucets for leaks.
I would give him 10 stars if I could. I am so happy I joined the Swan Club and feel very confident in their professionalism and fairness. It's comforting to know they are reliable and can be counted on for service. I recommend them 100%!

Swan is awesome. Everyone we spoke to was great. They came out same day in the snow when the furnace went out. They installed a new one that day! We needed a new AC too and while they couldn't do it that day because of snow ( had to get up on the roof of a condo building) they came out within 2 days to get it installed. They even sent a courier out to me in Fort Collins to pick up the payment when I couldn't get down to Denver.
I've not experienced this type of customer service and expediency ever! When they say 24 hour turnaround on service they mean it. They have warranties on everything, it covers everything. Ended up getting their annual maintenance service too due to their follow up and handling everything just as they promised. i think this is a company that is proud of their work and stands by their customer. I am really glad we contracted with them.

Ricardo and Miguel did a fantastic job of removing our old HVAC system and installing a new furnace and A/C unit. They were super professional, informative, thorough, courteous and timely. Ricardo took time to explain their whole process, system operation, and answer all of our questions. He set our thermostat for us, explained about rebates and informed us of inspection requirements and paperwork that we will receive. We could not be more pleased with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs honest, professional, quality work.

I have used Swans for the last several years for my heating and A/C needs. Each employee does a great job. Today I had Moe. Amazing young man. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. We recently moved to Colorado and a friend recommended Swan's Membership Plan. Yesterday a member of the Swan team, Tyler, visited to complete our first HVAC system maintenance and review. He was extremely professional, thorough and explained in detail the ins and outs of our system. Tyler recommended a few changes and upgrades, but did not push for me to decide immediately. I was extremely pleased with the service and even happier that I joined the Membership Plan.

Very happy customer! I was so impressed with my experience with SWAN. Their customer service providers were very friendly, responsive, and professional. Although it's a busy time of year, they were able to get a technician out same day. The technician sent out to my home, John, arrived on time and was very professional. He walked through everything he was doing and made sure I understood what he was doing during the entire process. I was also impressed with how reasonable their prices were. I will definitely be using SWAN in the future for any HVAC needs!

I am extremely happy with the service received from Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air of Denver. My Trane heating system was not working and of course the house was cold. I called on them late in the afternoon. They scheduled the service call and arrived at my residence at 9:00 AM the next day, as promised. Moe, the technician, was extremely knowable, skilled, thorough, and very professional in his work.
He had to install a new circuit board in my unit. He completed this work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I will call on Swan again if and when these types of problems occur. Thanks much Swan. Your help is really appreciated.

Jon was extremely professional, extremely communicative, and the visit was very educational. We have an old house, (built in the early 1950's), so there are a lot of things common to homes in our era that are uncommon in modern homes; and yes, that includes the plumbing Jon was great at explaining the updates that need to be done, great at giving advice on pros and cons of certain procedures, and not at all pushy in ANY way. He was very respectful, and very personable. Thanks for the great visit!

Chris from Swan Plumbing was great. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in discussing our options, and by the end of the project I trusted him implicitly. We got some outrageous quotes from other companies, and when discussing them with Chris, it was clear he took it personally that others were inflating their estimates. Swan was able to give us the best price, and Chris' integrity was really refreshing and reassuring. I'll be going back to Swan for our next job.

Explained in order to put in a new box behind the washer they would have to cut the drywall they knew what size the frame was that giro around the cut out but the finished project I has a hole above the frame when I asked about it I was told it easily can be fixed and I know I can do it and I know I can have someone do it however I was not real pleased.

each technician was very knowledgeable and explained things to us very well. We are going to get air conditioning and Moe was very low key and NO pushing or talking us into more than we need. We also had a little plumbing too, and Chris was very efficient and funny! I will be using Swan for all my plumbing, electrical, and heat/air.

Hands down best customer service around! The salesman Drew Holm very knowledgeable and not pushy. Helping us get what we needed. The installation team, OUTSTANDING! Very professional took every precaution to protect our flooring. The furnace installed by John, Jake and Phil phenomenal!!!! Our experience was amazing and I would recommend SWAN to my family and friends.

Jeremi came to our house for an AC Tune Up and discovered issues with the unit freezing. He explained things well and recommended to have a supervisor come out for an overhaul to determine what was going on. Because our unit is older I thought we may just need a new AC unit, and rather than just agreeing and try to sell me one, he said that while it could be something serious it could also be something minor and it was worth the time and money to have it checked out.
After he left, Swan called to set up a time and they were booked 3 weeks out for the overhaul. I wasn't able to wait that long, and because we subscribe to their membership program, they were able to have someone with more experience come and take a look to see if they could determine the problem before doing an overhaul. 45 min later, a more experienced service pro, John W, came out and solved the problem at no charge.
I appreciate Jeremi's time that he took to explain things and appreciate his honesty to know that it was above his knowledge and didn't want to rip us off by selling a new unit that was not needed. John W. also gave great service! He went through what he was doing step by step and explained things well, found the problem and solved it quickly. Both service pros were very professional and I am so glad I signed up for their membership program last year.

Needed a kitchen sink replaced and it was beyond my skill level! Read reviews for Swan Plumbing and decided I could trust them. Say several good reviews on Detlef, as well. He arrived on time, looked at job, and quoted us a price. He really respected our home and always wore booties and laid down a drop cloth in the area he was working around. He even replaced the shut off valves to better ones.
He cleaned up everything and double checked to make sure there were no leaks. We were very impressed! I know who I will call for any plumbing or heating repairs in the future and I would heartily recommend Swan.

Called Swan to replace a hose bib that had split during the last cold snap. Spencer repaired it fast with no problems so my wife can start to use it for spring watering. Asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was there. The water dispenser and therefore also the ice maker hadn't worked on our fridge since we bought it last year.
Other plumbers had recommended re-plumbing the whole supply line. Spencer looked at it, said "It's the saddle valves", replaced them with newer type valves less than an hour later, viola! Ice water and now ice! Thank you, Spencer! Professional, friendly and fast.
