The Guys were great that worked there they were kind and considerate when loading the back of my GMC ARCADIA. They took ALL driving scenarios into consideration when making sure the equipment was secure and that It would be safe for me and my SUV to transport to the project site! Would highly recommend using their services.! They pretty much rent anything you could think of!

Jeff and his crew are the best! They do everything they say they will do. I rented tables and chairs for a holiday party. They had the best prices out of anyone I called. I would highly recommend them for any rental.

I like to support local business. I've been renting from these guys ever since they opened. Always have great equipment and a wide variety. But. Be sure to get it back on time. I was 1.5 hours late and had to pay a 4 hr min.

Needed a pressure washer. When you pick up on Saturday afternoons 2-5 you get to keep it til Monday morning. So I took advantage of that. My wife said the employees there were friendly and helped her load it into her suv answering all her questions. They were just as professional when I dropped it off. I'll use again.

Rented a tiller. Price seemed a little high, but it's closer than the place I usually use. I rented it on a Saturday afternoon so I actually had it for a day plus a few hours - that helped me decide. It did okay except it kept dying and I couldn't figure out why. Sometimes it would run for 2 or 3 minutes and shut down, other times it would run for 10 or 15 minutes before shutting down.

On Sunday afternoon around 4, it shut down and wouldn't start. The pull start rope locked up and I couldn't pull it. Then it unlocked? I was able to pull it a couple times, then it locked up again. then unlocked. then locked up. I messed with it for a while. It was due back at 7am the next morning. I decided I got most of what I wanted done. Another hour would have been nice but I was tired of messing with it so I loaded it up.

When I dropped it off the old guy asked, "How was it?" I explained everything. He didn't say a word except, "Well, you're all set, " and I left. First time renting from here. I was excited because they're only 5 minutes from the house. Getting at least an "I'm sorry you had issues" would have been nice. I got MOST of what I wanted done, so (technically) I'm not really out anything. Probably won't use again. It's worth driving a few more miles for better service and piece of mind.

I've always had great experience here. Support your local small business owners. He's been in business for over a decade (how long I've been going there) so he has a great inventory. Lots of new stuff, but even the things that have seen alot of use work well (great at maintaining their inventory.) Fair prices. I feel they are easy to deal with.

A rental company that goes up against Home Depot and asks for no competition in the rental business but then doesn't bother to stock the tools you need. No auger to dig fence post holes? That's a basic thing. I drove up to Happy Valley Home Depot and got what I needed.

Got some chairs for a party. Great price, drop off time should be later than 8 am with people having work in he morning. Makes things a little more difficult.

These people were great. Very nice, out going and informative. As a woman you get all kinds of responces when searching for "man" tools as they say, usually like I am sure you got a man to do this for you. Anyway positive, helpful and knowlegable, good people, small place, lots of options, felt like my next door neighbors. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Good service. Rented 20 chairs and they quickly loaded/unloaded for me. I will definitely go back for my next party rental.

Rented a few times here and they are better then ok in my book. I went over in my rental and they didn't charge me for it. How that. for good customer service. Only place I rent from after that.
