This company will give you a sliding scale and tell you the highest amount will be worst case scenario. When technician arrived he called and said he was told to charge the higher amount. I asked the technician if he found anything additional wrong and he said no that the owner told him to charge that amount. He wasn't even aware of the sliding estimate.
I have quotes by text where we sent multiple pictures and were told it would most likely be the lower amount. He called owner back and she told him to charge higher amount or leave. Which was double the cost of the original price I was given in the text. I told technician to leave. I will not be apart of your bait and switch. Very unprofessional company and be aware I would like to know how many costumers they do this to? I would NOT recommend this company!
