The spring on our garage door broke on Thursday, February 18 th. Huge bang and crash. I was only about 5 feet away and needless to say the old heart did some racing. I called Superior Doors and the man who answered the phone was so polite, courteous and helpful. Technician arrived on time, had the door fixed and running.in no time. He greased it all up and it is running great. Big high 5 to this company. Would definitely recommend them. GREAT PEOPLE!

We were really disappointed with the service provided by Superior Doors. They came recommended to us from a friend. While we realize we had another issue in our garage that was impacting our garage door, the Serviceman that attended our home was very unprofessional. He did not provide my spouse with a quote prior to starting the work. He also was very forceful in his up-selling techniques and wanted us to commit to a very expensive new garage door opener on the spot.
While advising he couldn't promise that the price would not go up when he came back to install it, as it was not a "same day" service. He was also rude. He did a few things to the garage door (like putting the safety thing back on) and was gone in a flash. We still cannot open our garage door. Not a cheap service call for next to nothing. Will not be using them again, and when the time comes to replace our unit, we will find someone else.

Excellent service! Built our house in 2011 and had an accident that caused damage to our lower garage door panel. Superior matched the panel, ordered it, and installed it in less than a week. Even serviced our other garage door while on site. This is the second time we've had SDS work on our doors-first time was after a spring exploded.at that time they also provided excellent service. I will always call Superior Door Abbotsford for all my garage needs! Awesome people, perfect installation every time!

Silas came over right away (a huge help to us cause our garage door was mangled and strangers were able to access our garage) and got things secure; then Kyle came and was magic--he fixed stuff I didn't think could ever be fixed. Could have easily told us we had to buy a new door.he even bent back into shape our tracking to save us money from buying new tracking. Tested everything including connections not effected by the original accident. I was told it would cost over $500 by an independent tradesman--it cost $140. Very impressed.

Our old wooden garage doors were worn and weathered beyond repair. A builder friend recommended Superior Door. Their quote was competitive and their selection was good. We went with a Northwest Door option that Superior has in their line up and we are very happy with it. Most important to us is the service that we received when we needed a small tuneup a few months after installation. Kyle at the Abby location and Javier their mobile technician were able to promptly get everything running smoothly.

They had the old door down and the new door up in less than 6 hours. Kyle had great recommendations to get us the features we wanted in the opener and insulated door. Ken was a great installer, quick, quiet, clean and even politely answered all the questions my neighbors had. I would recommend these guys without hesitation.

When it comes to service, These guys are king. My garage door remote for my apartment building broke, it was for a transceiver thats been discontinued for years. The unniversal remotes didnt work at all. They looked through old remotes but still couldnt find one that works. They even tried to solder on a new button to me old remote, without success.
When almost all hope was lost, The master of garage door remotes managed to tune the frequency on a remote by delicately adjusting a tiny adapter.(i know what your thinking, this was a tiny rheostat, not the dip switches) We didnt think it would work, but amazingly it did. These guys are awesome!
