Thank you for great customer service, Andrew and his partner were awesome, they did a great job installing the new garage door. Very Professional polite and neat, they even took the time to explain everything when they were done Also thanks to Joan in keeping us informed of the delivery and schedule. During this difficult time with covid, I know that it is challenge getting parts and scheduling. We like hiring small family owned companies, they are hard to find these days Thanks Again

One of the tortion springs on our double garage door snapped. My usual service company showed up quickly but told me it would take them 12 weeks to get a replacement. They suggested I call Suburban. Suburban was out within a few hours and fixed everything. Great work. Very courteous and efficient.

Wow. They came out same day, and fixed our garage opener for a good price. Worth every penny. Very impressed

If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give 1 undeserved star in order to write a review. It would be hard to imagine being provided with worse service than the experience I had with this company. I went through several installation errors and a manufacturing defect that the company has refused to address. So at the end of the day, I paid thousands of dollars for a poorly installed defective product.

There are companies out there with much better prices. I foolishly paid up because I thought I'd be getting superior service, but I was very very mistaken. Don't make the same mistake that I made.

I had my garage motor replaced and keypad installed. They had a lower price than other estimates I received, showed up on time, done within 2 hours. The installer explained how to set up the keypad and how everything worked. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone else in need of garage door installs or related!

Courteous and kind repair staff. Very professional. I've had the same garage door for over 16+ years but after Suburban fixed it.it doesn't even squeak. Better than new! Thank you.

Amazing place to work. Experienced installers, and highly skilled repairmen to get the job done right. We upgrade the standard hardware and springs used by most in our industry. I love creating custom designed photos for clients to see their proposed new door on their home BEFORE they buy. We want satisfied customers and referrals! Our photo album is extensive and we have been in business almost 30 years!

This is the second time I used Suburban Overhead Doors to replace my garage door in Springfield. They did an outstanding job. The installers were polite and actually helped me clear out the garage since I thought the install was the next day. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.
