This specific local store is the reason why local businesses need to exist at times like this this compared to a big box store! Tim has been a tremendously patient with helping me navigate through an issue with an already sealed concrete floors by offering different methods albeit causing multiple trips to the store (lol that's on me) He is very knowledgeable in the area and if you are looking to troubleshoot/navigate through the stained concrete process - please look for him at the store! Their customer service is on point, they take the time to explain how to use their product and they won't sell you anything you don't need. Oh and the best part is they even help you load the stuff you purchase. I will never shop anywhere else for flooring supplies.

Awesome customer service! I bet I called them 20 times asking questions about the products they carry, or about proper procedures for applying. It doesn't matter who you talk to they are all very informative and happy to help. They made my choice between using a sealer or using an epoxy very easy. Its hard to find even decent customer service these days, but they excel and provide GREAT service.
