KC was very knowledgeable and helped us solve many issues. He had the correct element and probes we needed so we could rebuild our heater. The filters we had were out of date, but the newer models he suggested fit perfectly. He answered all my questions and provided insight on how to do the repair ourselves, saving us a ton of money.

Super awesome made in Finland spas with real cedar wood that get to 194F and kill viruses bacteria and cancer cells! Studies show a dramatic reduction in death risks! They also provide awesome same day repairs if needed and stand behind their product! You get what you pay for spend the extra and get quality!

If I could give zero stars I would! I think this has been the worst customer service I've received in my 30 years of living in Las Vegas. There is NOTHING that this company did well or right. We inherited a spa from this company when we bought our house. Bob, the guy that always answers their phone, is rude, is not helpful, is reluctant to resolve any problems or have a tech come out.

I don't understand why he isn't able to schedule techs. But when I called because my spa won't heat up he didn't want to send a tech out. Then he said a tech would call me to schedule in a few days. The tech never called. I called back and they said they've tried to schedule with me. I let him know I've never received any call from them.

Then the tech calls after a week and says he'll be over in 30 minutes. I wasn't even home or had the spa filled. Then they said they could have charged me for that but they won't. Gee thanks! Then the tech said he'd be over the next day and never showed up or called. My husband called the owner today who told him there's no one qualified to fix the heating element on their spa. Wtf?

This is after we spent $800 on a new control panel 6 months ago! I absolutely feel like they ripped us off for $800 and our spa still doesn't work! I will NEVER buy another spa from them and I would NEVER recommend them EVER!

Whhhat!? it's not that I wouldnt fully recommend SBR, but when I called approx.10 days prior to have my spa cover replaced (quoted approx. $450) and 4 jets (quoted approx. $20 ea), I was figuring on an approx $530 invoice. But when Jed called to say he was enroute while I was at work I was told he'd do the service and leave invoice inside my back door.

To my surprise I get the invoice for $704, including fees that were never even mentioned! Shame on me for not getting a full quote or doing my own research prior because now I'm finding same or similar covers retailing approx $289-$320 online w/ free delivery and jets from $8-15 online and at other hardware stores! The profit alone should have covered the $95 Technical Service Time and $30 Service Call Charge that were both extended, nor mentioned, to me! Ouch!

Even though more money than a big box store, I purchased a spa from here hoping for small store customer service if ever needed. Well the unit started leaking during the warranty period and they managed to avoid completing the service (too busy, next week, oops forgot, short staffed, etc) until after so they could use the "out of warranty" card and try to charge me $1000+ to fix it. I now have a useless spa. Don't let their humble appearance fool you. Stay far away from these crooks.

I had an older Hot Springs Spa that I brought down from Lake Tahoe when I moved to Vegas. Given that I was told that Spas By Renee could help with problems. Had a couple things go wrong over the past couple of years. Called Spas by Renee and got great service in a timely manner. After 14 years of having this spa things were slowly breaking down. We went into the store for the first time and looked at new spas.

We got the same model we had. It's been 3-4 months now and for we paid for the newer spa I'm feeling ripped off. Same model was now almost double the price and it pretty much sucks as compared to the old model we had. I don't know what Hot Springs was thinking but they have totally screwed up a good thing. Not to mention they make you dependent on using their chemicals, having to buy some stupid osmosis thing every 3-4 months, re-arranging the jets in the tub and adding a remote control.

The remote is pretty useless since you need to leave it on the cradle on the tub all the time. The battery is only good for 6 hours. What a waste. They could have kept the old buttons on the side of the tub. Don't really care about the color of the lights changing either. For service, Spas by Renee does good work although parts they replace can be had online for sometimes less than half the price. It's unfortunate that they sell Hot Springs Spas. As of now I will never buy another Hot Springs Spa or bother going to their store.

Used Spas by Renee to service an existing, above ground spa at our new house. The initial phone call and service call went great. However, a couple days after the first service call, the spa was having issues, so we called to have them come back out. First phone call was on Friday afternoon, saying we'd get a call on Monday on when they could come out.

No phone call. Followed up on the following Friday, spoke with Casey and he said someone would be out around noon on the same day. No phone calls and no one showed up. Called Saturday and spoke with Casey, who told me they got in a large shipment of spas they had to unload the previous day, although no one communicated that to us the previous day when they were supposed to come out.

I asked when they could come back out, and he said Monday. Monday comes, and Spencer (tech) shows up to service, finds a couple things that need to be addressed and we set a date for him to come back out on Thursday to install the items that needed addressing. Thursday comes, and it's raining. No one shows up, and no phone calls. We call the store Thursday PM to follow up on when they're coming back out, and no one has any information.

On Friday, Spencer calls saying they were unable to come out yesterday due to the rain, which I understand, but no one was able to call us and let us know? The customer service is abundantly lacking with this company. I hope spa sales are going strong, because this company won't be able to last based on servicing spas alone. I would highly recommend calling someone else. Save yourself some time and aggravation.

Worse place I've been to walked in and walked around for over 15 minutes and owner manager wouldn't even take the time to greet us was looking for a swim spa hot tub combo and will never deal with a place that doesn't understand customer service

We bought our hot tub from Spas by Renee in March 2015. The customer service and professionalism of the staff are excellent. We have had a few minor issues over the three plus years that we have had our spa and these minor issues have been addressed in a timely manner. Spas by Renee stands behind their products and "goes the extra mile" to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks to Casey, Spencer, Kelly and Jed for your excellent service and attention to details.

Just had my new spa installed - Bob my salesman was so knowledgeable. Spencer did such a thorough job on in installation on such a hot day. Bought the cooling option as well. Now I am able to use the spa since my illness required the water to be cooler than warmer. I would of not purchased a spa if that option wasnt available but do to their advertisement in the paper I was informed that the water could be cooled. Thanks again for carrying such a unique spa and making it a great purchase.

Casey is the man. He fixed an issue on my top load filter cover in five minutes and I was back out the door on my way home and got my spa up and running again. I love 30 mikes away from Spa by Renee but would drive there again in a heartbeat for any issues that come up. Just want to say thank you for the quick help and the smile it took me out of my bad mood and reminded me that this issues was small compared to the larger picture

Oldest spa joint in Vegas. Extensive knowledge of the products they sell and stand by all purchases. Came out to fix my aging spa and brought it back to life. Family run and super friendly. Support local small businesses.

I bought my Hot Tub from them over 9 years ago. I have always found them to be honest and helpful when I have any questions. Bob is very knowledgeable about the spas they sell and is one of the most honest and patient people I have ever dealt with. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I enjoy understanding everything. Recently, Bob helped me solve a problem, that another Spa company couldn't seem to get right. Unfortunately, I had to go to the other company as per my Home Warranty company.
