Great experience with installing a sub panel and an EV charger in my garage. They were also the lowest bid for the job.

**** BEWARE ALL TRUCKERS **** Arrived with a shipment and was informed that I would have to unload my trailer myself. I informed them it was not in the contract, but they insisted on me unloading the trailer anyway. They refused to take their product until I had performed services hitherto not agreed upon. They had an agreement and they broke the agreement, and it was clear that this is how they do business often.

We lost power on one of the coldest days of the year. We were without heat for over 12 hours. After three phone calls to the power company, they informed me it was an issue inside my home. Every electrician I reached out to was booked, even Sorlien, but Rhonda ( who answered the phone when I called) called her electricians personally and found one to come out to my house and help us. He was able to restore power promptly and was nothing short of FANTASTIC!

Being new to the area there are several electrical companies out there, I ended up going with Sorlien Electric for my garage heater install and do not regret my decision! The team is very responsive and was happy to send out their electrician Greg for a quote. Greg was very informative, kind, and was able to answer all my questions without using unfamiliar terminology or going too over my head. Amy was responsive to emails and very professional with communications.

The team is very prompt, calls in advance prior to arrival, and gets the job done quick and efficiently. Very happy with their quality of service, professionalism, and family-oriented business. I will definitely be recommending them to others and they now have a new customer!

My projects are small, install a new ceiling light, a doorbell, an outside light or troubleshoot a problem. Their techs are pleasant, arrive on time, get right to work and finish quickly. They answer my many questions and believe me, I always want to know just what they're doing because I live in an old home. Like many who work on homes they are very busy just now.

People are catching up on projects since they're home more. My appointment to get my new doorbell installed was 6 weeks out but Sorlien put me on a list in case they got done early on another nearby job. They called in a few days to let me know the tech would be out the next day. He did fine work and the bill that arrived today was reasonable. They are my electricians of choice. I recommend them.

Sorlien installed wall-mounted televisions in a couple of our offices so we could use the screens to show presentations and other content to staff and clients. They did an excellent job. The installation is so professional that it looks like it was done when the building was new. All of the cables are short and barely visible. Connections are made with jacks. The job site was clean when the installation was completed.

Sorlien Electric is the only company I will have do my electricity from now on. I believe it was Tom that did my work and not only did he show me exactly what the issue was as he was working and explain it so i could understand it, he did it quickly and professionally AND even tried to go above and beyond to fix what he didn't have parts for right that moment. You will not regret going with Sorlien!

Had to call three times before reaching the correct person to schedule an appointment for an electrician to come out. Left messages the first two times and they never called back. Finally got an appointment scheduled for 8:00 am a week later. They never showed up, called the office at 8:35 and they said the guy went to the wrong job first, but they would have to finish that one since they started and then they'd come to my house. Had no estimate for when they'd be there so I canceled the appointment. They never apologized or offered to reschedule for another day or anything. They will never get my business and I'd recommend you don't give them yours.
