I had been without running water for almost a week and was super stressed and angry about the whole situation. I made several calls to different places to figure out what could be done and dealt with many people. The technician that came out to fix the pipes seemed to be one of the few people throughout this process that had a positive attitude and helped me change my negative attitude.
He was prompt to arrive and was able to fix the problem pretty quickly & was very pleasant in every interaction we had. Would definitely recommend and use again & would request the same technician.

Absolutely excellent service, especially Caleb and the Remediation crew! Professional, kind, informative. Mike and the people at the office also very easy to communicate with, courteous and informative in answering the various questions I had about the complicated situation which caused the water backup. Of course it costs (lots of ) money to have people come out and work at your house, but they are very forthcoming about the costs of the various services and, considering what it costs to do it, they are reasonable.

Called for service on a clogged drain and in less than an hour had someone in route! That never happens! I received a follow up text with a picture of my service technician! Chance arrived, he listened to the issue and what we had done to resolve it. Then offered his suggestion, I agreed and he got to work! Within a matter of minutes he had fixed it. Great experience! Friendly service from Customer Service, to Dispatch, to Chance the Plummer! Highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Called around lunch on a Friday and they were out to my house the same day. Scheduling was super easy, Rachel was professional and friendly on the phone and she called me to let me know when the Tech was on his way. Corey was my Tech and he was great. Very friendly and professional as well and fixed my drain quickly. He even made a point to calm my nervous dog when he brought his equipment in. I appreciate how Corey approaches his job. Nicholas was very professional and explained everything in detail. I was so impressed that he cleaned and sanitized after he was finished. We believed that we had a partially clogged drain. Called and a technician (Cory) came out on a Sunday. He arrived on time, greeted me by name and quickly reviewed the problem with our toilet. He assessed the toilet, traps & pipes in the crawl space. After adjusting the water level in the tank & several flushes, we concluded that if there had been a clog, the clog had cleared itself of the trap and water was flowing smoothly now. He stated no need to snake the line and waste our money unnecessarily. He was very polite & a awesome professional technician. I highly recommend Cory & Rotor Rooter.

Very responsive and on-time. They arrived at my home same day within a few hours of calling. Friendly tech, Bobby, walked me through his work every step of the way and resolved the issues same day! He was able to resolve a clog due to tree roots and recommended a PM service interval to address this problem moving forward. Very pleased and grateful for this superb customer service!
