As the owner of a plumbing company who needs parts daily, I can say with years of experience that shopping at Reeves is like getting parts from Quick Trip and getting parts from Ferguson is like going to the DMV. These guys will clear a packed house of customers in line within a matter of moments.

Ive known Jay over there for forty years. Excellent service a little pricey, but what isn't these days.

Needed a 30 natural gas water heater with no blanket to fit my 17 tight utility closet for my job. I needed it in Riverside which was closer to my job. Unfortunately that morning Riverside locations power went out. No worries though called Lenexa told them I could get a hold of Riverside not sure why and they made sure I had what I needed headed on the morning truck to Riverside.

Later that day Riverside delivered it to my job. You talk about service! This is why I spend more than 100,000 grand a year with them versus those fools from Ferguson who Is the preferred supplier my job would like me to use. I'd rather pay 25% more than waste time with them other folks. I not only couldn't get a 30 gallon no blanket from the other guys cause they don't stock it but they could even deliver a 50 gallon for me that day. So I took my company's 2 grand for material for my preferred supplier. Great job getting things done!

After scouring the internet and other stores for parts to couple my old plumbing to a new water heater, I went to another plumbing store who couldn't help me but sent me to RW&CO, nonetheless. I went to the RW&CO on Wornall. Wow! This was the place to go and I shall continue to go here first for all my plumbing parts. They had the oddball parts I needed. (I would have had to wait several days for delivery if I had to order them online. Going several days without hot water would not be an option.) The staff was very KNOWLEDGEABLE- I capitalized knowledgeable and if I could have, I would have underlined it, made it boldface and put Christmas lights around it. Good guys and they had no problem dealing with a DIY-er like myself.

Great receiving department. Fast, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended in all aspects.

I recently had to replace a leaky vacuum breaker that had turned itself into a lawn sprinkler and was referred to this location by a plumber friend. Brandy helped me find just what I needed by hunting down the correct part in a discontinued freeze proof faucet. She and the rest of the gang are helpful, knowledgeable and pretty much just top notch. The warehouse is vast too, with plenty of residential and commercial supplies.
