In my opinion Red River Roofing sets the bar. Their account manager Taylan Goss was so patient with me and did an excellent job of explaining the process from start to finish. I warned him from the beginning I had a really bad roof install experience with one of those fly-by-night companies. He assured me Red River is all about quality and customer satisfaction.

They so are! Their crew has years of experience and quality materials are used not to mention a real warranty! There was never a problem being able to contact them when I had questions come up. I was always included in their correspondence with my insurance company and never felt left in the dark. They are so efficient my experience was stress free and my house looks amazing. I've been telling everyone without hesitation Red River Roofing is the best.

Red River Roofing have been a joy to work with from start to finish. They are professional and accountable, and take pride in their work. They always made sure that my family was taken care of and worked diligently with the insurance company throughout the process. Red River Roofing came out and did a complete inspection of my roof and non-working attic ventilation fan. They offered different options to solve my problems. My favorite thing about this company is that they give back to the community, especially Veterans. It's easy to support a business doing that and that also provides professional & quality service. The production manager, Chasten, does a great job making sure jobs are done on time and within budget. 5 star service for sure!

I used Red River Roofing for a new roof and gutter. Matt Lamont came out and checked everything. Steven Mcbride was my project manager. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Matt Lamont helped with insurance claims. Extremely professional and friendly. Any questions were answered immediately. He keeps in touch with you and keeps you updated on insurance and work. Steven Mcbride was here while work was being done to make sure all was being done right.

This is a company that all should use for their roof and gutters. My roof and gutters looks fantastic! I'm absolutely going to use them from now on! They both came out and doubled checked everything and made sure I was happy with the results. Both of these young men are easy and fantastic to work with! Go with Red River Roofing! We used Red River for our repairs on our house during the May hailstorm. Lane Denwalt, our sales rep came out promptly and set us up for all of our repairs. Whenever we called for estimate dates or any questions, we were responded usually same day with answers to our questions. Installation was a breeze and they even squeezed us in earlier than our estimated install date.

Our installers were really cool and respectful of the fact that we have a young child. They were respectful of nap times and which can be a hassle sometimes. The painting crew was also great! They were in and out and did a really good job with the trim/door area. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Red River Roofing did a great job on my new roof! From the initial inspection and estimate review, to completion, the process was easy and the staff were always available to answer questions, or just to keep me up to date on each step of the installation. The roof crew were very respectful of my property and did a great job of cleaning up, and even double checked for dropped nails since I have a dog. Highly recommend and already have siding and gutter projects set up with them.

I was treated very unprofessional and unfair from this roofer, he came after a storm to give me an estimate ddnt do a good job, said you only need a few shingles replaced no need for claim. We had another rain and I called few others they agreed that roof need to be replaced call insurance and filed claim, I called him back to tell him so he came back and said let's wait for insurance and put a small tarp where it was leaking he said he took pics and he will email me the pics and estimate HE NEVER DID, and he wanted over 17K to replace and only upgrade to something better but not the top of the line and it was as cheep shingles as the one came with the house.

I called a recommended roofer company and I got them to upgrade to the top of line life time warranty and excellent work for half of what Red roofer company offered job is done. Now RED RIVER ROOFER. Is sending me a bill for the small tarp they put without my consent $600 WOW. That's insane after I asked several roofing company. They want to put a lean on my house for that retaliation because i ddnt do business with them?

Why I don't recommend this company to any home owner they will rip you off. I retired and moved to Oklahoma from California and this is my experience in here BE AWARE DO NOT HIRE THOSE GUYS TO DO YOUR ROOF IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HOME.

Jason and Jay were great in helping with us replacing our roof due to hail damage from last April. I was nit-picky and had a high expectation with how I wanted my roof to be done, they were beyond patient to work with me. I truly appreciated their effort. They completed our roof in a day which was a bonus! ~Sherif M.

Chris Hughes was a great manager of our project. Our roof turned out beautifully and the air in our upstairs no longer smells musky. Our dormer windows no longer leak and the airflow in our attic is more efficient now. We are very pleased with the overall outcome of our project! Highly recommend!

My comment is to get everything in writing in detail prior to doing business with this company. Certain services (Leak Test $260) to be paid even if they do not repair anything. Their employees did not bring tools or supplies and failed to clean up the mess prior to leaving. They did manage to dump gallons of water into our kitchen. No offer to dehumidify ceiling drywall etc. I paid the bill and will file complaint with Oklahoma CIB and BBB.

I have used Red River Roofing on several occasions. They have done roofing repairs, install turbins, repaired the roof around my chimney and also replaced windows. Red River Roofing is always timely in their work and very professional. Every bit of their work as been done to a high standard. They have gone above and beyond the scope of work expected.

I have always recommended Red River Roofing to other people looking for these types of services and will continue to do so. They are the only company I would use for this type of work. As a long standing roofing company in Oklahoma, we are fortunate to have them in our area.

Red River Roofing was extremely vital in getting our roof replaced in a timely manner.
