Not a good thing when water is coming out of the wall at 9:20 on a Friday night. Emailed Rebel from their website. Yes I turned the water main off. 9:45pm, same night Amanda calls to schedule for Saturday! Wow. Their tech named D came out and in about two hours work is done. At that point I joined their club membership as he was out prior for a different job that they won the bid for. We now use Rebel for our home AC as well. I hope you make the right decision like me and use them. Non paid endorsement lol.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rebel, Joe, and their entire team! Our roof air conditioner unit broke in the middle of a heat wave this summer. We got estimates from multiple companies, but Rebel offered the fastest service at a price other companies could not match. We were so impressed by their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Rebel Refrigeration evaluated a "non-working" AC unit for me at a property in Henderson, Nevada; late July 2021 during a blistering "heat wave" where two elderly people live who are medically challenged. These people cannot live without AC, period. They determined the unit was non-repairable due to "age" and "usage". Their work was superb! From the front office, to the evaluation technician to the installation team members All Work was coordinated flawlessly with skill, professionalism and concern for the elderly people living in that home. I cannot THANK THEM ENOUGH and will use them again and again, if necessary as well as recommend them to others who need HVAC and or Plumbing services. Greg Wood

I bought that unit for my walk in cooler 3 years ago, and the guy from Rebel sold that from me told me how good they are going to help out and work with the services they provided. I called them to schedule the check up since they some thing wrong with the unit and they said they are too busy and not coming, i told them tomorrow or next week is fine, i can wait.

The lady on the phone said they all book and do not give me a time frame when they have available appointment for me, told me to find another company. I told them since you sold the unit you guys do not want to take responsible for repair even i paid for the repair, it is very unprofessional company and they are so bad at take care customers, i bought the service repair for my store over year and seem like when i did not buy their extra services they will not care about their client anymore. Very disappointed with this kind of attitude and services they have. BAD COMPANY

Joe Johnson and his team of pro techs at Rebel Refrigeration AC and Plumbing are just the best! My entire HVAC system had to be replaced when the 22 year old AC finally died. They had me up and running with a new RUUD system in two days from initial contact. On installation day they ( 4 techs) arrived at 6:30 am sharp and were finished at precisely noon. They were fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgable, informative and very professional from start to finish. They have a new customer for life!

The people at Rebel have been wonderful. The technicians are professional and competent and they always respond very quickly when I need a repair. They maintain my equipment and the office personnel are friendly and helpful with all my calls. They also do not insist that you must buy some new equipment every time you need a repair, but they can install it if you do need it.

I've AlWAYS had GREAT service from Rebel. In this harsh desert climate, you need someone you can trust with your A.C. service. I've used Rebel Refrigeration over years in the past 3 homes I owned and they never disappoint. Thanks again for the fast and courteous service. I'll be using you again!

Tech drove carefully up to my house.(Hector) Truck was clean. Uniform and shoes were clean. I explained the problem and he got right to work. Explained what he found wrong and quoted the cost. Made the repairs and ensured I was satisfied with the performance of the system. Carefully put away his tools and ladder. I looked in his truck. It was well organized.

I have been using Rebel Air Conditioning for many years and they are an excellent company. They are quick to respond to service requests and their technicians are always courteous and professional. The last couple times they were at my home Hector was the technician who took care of the call. He was knowledgeable about the problem and had suggestions for resolution. He also gave me information for future upgrades. I would HIGHLY recommend Rebel Air Conditioning for air conditioning repairs/replacement.

As a medium sized management company it is important for us to have reliable, professional and knowledgeable vendors that we send into our clients homes. They have an amazing staff that is always ready and available to assist from their technicians to their customer service department.

They are truly top notch. Not to mention their response time is unbeatable, as soon as I submit a work order usually within the hour they have reached out to our tenant to schedule for repair. In most cases they are same day service!
