Thank you for getting us hot water! After American Home Shield left us stuck for 13 days with no hot water (during a pandemic, a holiday week & winter) we are super appreciative for a new hot water heater. I am very thankful. Thanks for putting up with all my phone calls.

The way a company handles problems with a job is as much a reflection of its integrity as when things go well. We had a decent experience with RDN initially, but then on a recent valve replacement job that took no more than an hour (but cost us a whopping $600!), the diverter piece was faulty and did not work. We had to wait a week with a. non-working shower for the replacement part to be fixed.

I complained (very kindly!) to the company, saying that I understood it was a faulty piece and not the plumber's fault but that he should have tested it before leaving and I requested a partial refund. I normally test things before a contractor leaves, but I had my newborn baby with me and could not. For NINE WEEKS they kept promising to get back to me about a partial refund--which isn't a lot to ask given the circumstances--but will not call back or follow up.

Guess they don't mind losing a lifetime customer over a couple hundred bucks. So, you might have an OK experience once, but if anything goes wrong they will ignore you. Go elsewhere!

In my 40 years of being a home owner and experiencing many plumbing issues, I have never been so impressed with this company. Every aspect of their service is amazing. From the very first call back to the finished repair. The messaging from dispatch that allows interaction between client and technician is, sounds silly.but is comforting. They. actually answer the phone and are so kind and yet very effective in helping and guiding you through the process.

I truly will not ever have anyone else help me with repairs of any plumbing issues. This really seems like a well planned and mission inspired company that is actually hands on with every aspect of your repair. It reminds me of when.

Very professional company to work with. Lee arrived on time and diagnosed the problem and had the issue fixed in no time.

They replaced my hot water tank. Friendly. knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them.

Worst company to work for. Management is horrible ( Sherri Hamar and Gerry Hern) and so is Rdn himself! I was fired for texting on break. They fired me via text message Stay away from this company!

My sewer was backed up and clogged. I have insurance from the water company. I called them and was wondering who would they send? We were so lucky to get RDN plumbing. They were honest, knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about how to keep my sewage line clean. JT and Rege are great guys. I will be calling them again!
