I contacted the page after our garage door broke and the next day Jeremy (super nice) was here evaluating the situation. He gave us quotes and expected time of arrival for a new door. Our door was here within the time frame he quoted (3-5 weeks) and it was installed the same day it came off the truck. I think his name was Seth that installed it. He never bothered us, worked hard and when I asked him questions or talked to him, he was very polite and friendly. I was quoted $270 for a Spring replacement and went to pay them after the job was complete and they give me a bill for $386 and of course we had some words, , I personally will never let them on my Property ever again nor recommend them to anyone

I am so happy I found Fairmont Door and left them a message last night! We have an old historic home with heavy wooden garage doors. One door would not open and other companies who came out told us I needed expensive repairs or new doors. We have been without a garage for over a week while the companies are "researching" parts they estimated would be in the thousands.

The technician from Fairmont, Kelvin, came out today and admired our original doors and quickly repaired our issue. He told me that the springs that other companies wanted to replace were still "strong and functional". He fixed my opener that others said had to be replaced. I called my husband and he said, "Make sure we keep their contact info for anything garage door related we may need in the future." So refreshing to find a capable, quick response, trustworthy company for this old house! Thank you Kelvin! Fairmont Door in Marion is our garage door company from now on.

Had a garage door installed yesterday 4/7/21. The installation was done in a timely manner and the install tech was very professional and friendly. Was able to answer any questions we had. Great service and once the installation was done he double checked everything from the installation to any trash from the old or new door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Marion division for all your garage door needs

Needed a new torsion spring and ended up replacing a 25-30 year old opener also. Good prices. Grest customer service. Service tech was in and out quick and did a professional job and was very informative on all aspects of the new opener.

Fairmount Door installation team worked very efficiently removing my old 12 x 10 Showcase overhead door and installing the new one. I am very pleased with the finished job. I really like the heavy duty threshold and the fact that they extended the material into both tracks. Highly recommend these two gentlemen to represent your company on future job sites.

About 2 months ago (July 2015) I had arranged for a service call to check a persistent problem with our garage door opener. Serviceman arrived on time, was very courteous and helpful explaining what he was doing & had done to correct the problem. The service call was $84 which I paid in person at the Lafayette Fairmount Door Corp. Unfortunately the problem persisted and required another service call (approximately 2 weeks later).

Once again 2 different servicemen (Again.on time & courteous) arrived at our house to diagnose & hopefully to repair the unit. Upon completion of their work I was assured that no additional charge was incurred because of Fairmount Door's 'No additional charges' policy if the service call was for the same problem. Good! Well within a short period of time it became apparent that the door opener was still malfunctioning.

Not good. Another service call, another tech & same results. This time the serviceman said if the problem still persisted I would need a new opener. Okay I understand. But at this point Fairmount wanted another $84. I explained or tried to explain the situation to everyone from the secretary to the field rep.to no avail. They wanted their $$. I received 3 bills & 4 notices from their collection agency. Finally just paid the $84 (not a big deal) and now will be looking for a new garage door opener & garage door from another company. Paul M.
