Ordered a new door from rapid for a shop on my pole barn. Steve came out and measured everything to make sure I got the right custom door. It was installed last Friday along with a Liftmaster opener that has MyQ. Could not be happier with the look of the door or the installation. Having them back to put another Liftmaster opener on adjoining 12' pole barn garage door.

Very quick response to my need after a garage door opener failure. Technician did a through evaluation of my failed opener and recommended a new one as he could not repair mine. He made a suggestion of a few models that I could buy from Amazon, helped me find them, and suggested I may want to look at the local Home Depot and L&M Fleet. Rapids Garage Door company would be happy to install an opener regardless of where I purchased.
Upon reviewing costs of opener and installation I felt the model they stocked was a reasonable price and very convenient. Installation was completed after the weekend and all works great. Nice job!

We needed our garage doors serviced/maintenanced. Mike was here at the service time promised and took care of the grinding/clicking noise we had been hearing and made sure everything was working properly. Explained the maintenance that was done and answered questions that we had. The serviceman, Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful and is an asset to the company.
