We've had Professional Garage Door Services since they've been in business, 30 some yrs ago. Today we had to have a garage door spring replaced & Todd said we needed 2 rollers replaced, the rest were all original (47yrs old). We decided to get all new rollers. Right after he left we noticed the door squeaked loudly every time it went up. We called him right away & he came back in about 10 minutes to check it out for us.
The squeak wasn't from the new rollers or springs, but from a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door, that we installed last fall & we put it on backwards so it rubbed on the wood frame. Sometimes that happens when you try to be a DIYer. They've been an excellent service to us all these years. Thank you Todd for helping us figure it out & having a good laugh about it.

We have been searching for the right company to install our garage door. We came across Todd who was: reliable, honest, dependable, and courteous, and reasonable. We called to get a quote he came out the same day, gave us some ideas about windows we were interested in, and made sure everything was installed properly. I would highly recommend, if you want your garage door installed right the first time!

I have had the opportunity to use the services of PGS several times. I keep the phone number in my garage right next to the door. With each encounter, Tod has been very professional and honest in his appraisals always providing multiple solutions and the varied costs. The work is completed promptly and expertly, actually flawlessly. I have no reservations concerning the work and cost, PGS is as good as it gets.

Honest! I would recommend Professional Garage Service for several reasons: First, they did not try to oversell me a garage door opener. Next, they came the same day and within the time frame quoted. Todd was quick & neat with his work but also took time with me to explain the product. It's service like you expect to see but rarely do these days.

After two different companies made failed attempts to repair my garage door, Todd had the inegrity to give me the right advice to replace my garage doors. It cost me less to teplace TWO doors than I paid for multiple failed repairs with others. He stands behinds his work and does whats best for his customers. A rare find in the business from personal experience. I would highly recommend.
