Excellent job roof replacement. Nothing to say about this company, except good! After researching and getting quotes from several companies I decided to go with Principle Roofing. and couldn't have been happier! Dan was a very pleasure to work with. He helped us select out the right roofing materials/ style to fit our house and budget. He was very professional, efficient, exceptional.

He answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. His crew was efficient and hard-working had our roof completed in less than four days. Would definitely recommend this organization and will seek them for future projects.

Excellent and professional experience We had a leak in the roof and to them look. They were able to come right away - on a Saturday morning. consultation was very thorough and the guy was very knowledgeable. We ended up needing a full replacement which was scheduled within a week and completed in a day. The crew took lots of precautions to not damage our home/property during their work.

Clean up was very thorough. Pricing is competitive with other companies we quoted. They make the effort to go the extra mile every step along the way. Highly recommend and wish they did more than roofs.

Dan came out to look at my Aunt's house which recently sold. The seller wanted a few shingles fixed. Even though this was such a tiny job, Jeff got up on the roof, quickly made the repairs, and was more than fair on the low fee for that repair. Principle Roofing is always my go to company for roof repairs -- they are so transparent and fair.

The Principle Roofing Team did high quality work on our roofing job. All the way from the initial quote to the work itself, I was kept informed at every step. No shortcuts were taken. We also had extra insulation added, which was great since we didn't have to find someone else to do that. We were amazed at then clean up - very little debris was left around our house. The job was completed in a day.

We called Principle to replace our roof earlier this year. We had a great experience. Considering all the craziness that 2020 has brought they worked with us on making sure we could complete our project within budget and ASAP (we had a leak). They did an awesome job - but best of all they were super responsive and comprehensive. I highly recommend.

Since then we've had lots of rain and not a single drop of water has come into the building. I've used them on other smaller projects as well and they're always quick to come to the building, usually same day. I've worked with a lot of different roofers and principle roofing has been the best quality and customer care.

I am an out of state buyer and these guys were amazing. They helped with inspections on the roof, siding, and were able to provide accurate quotes to help with negotiations on purchase price. Excellent service and incredibly easy to use.

Had my roof replaced by Principle Roofing a month ago and I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with them. From the first touch point, which is when I called for an estimate, to the last, when I handed them my payment in their office. I can tell that they put a lot of emphasis on having a positive customer experience. Their pricing is reasonable.

The only bad thing is I think that they have a lot of customers right now that you may possibly have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get your roof replaced. Other than that I'll recommend Principle Roofing every time!

I was very pleased by the entire teams level of communication, professionalism and, most importantly their work was of high quality standards.
Dan was very kind and courteous . His team was able to complete the roof on our home and our garage in roughly 9 hours.!! (Our home is roughly 3000 Square feet)
They also took care of all the permits . And had the dish remounted that same day :)

Excellent job from start to finish. I called for a quote and they showed up on time and inspected our roof, and indicated it did not need to be replaced for several more years. They did identify areas that needed repair, which we anticipated. They showed up and took care of the repairs. Great communication throughout the process, text message updates, and a phone call when necessary. Josh understands something that a lot of contractors working on your home do not.

Great communication is key, keeping your time commitments is crucial and executing correctly is critical. Great job. When it does come time to replace the roof we will use Principle Roofing !

I'd recommend Principle roofing to everyone: very responsive, easy to work with and they did an amazing job with my tear-off roof. The house looks great, I don't have to worry about bad weather and just as important: they did a great job with clean up. My house looked much better after they finished. Thumbs up and I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

This was my first experience in dealing with a roofing company and I must say that it was a pleasure. From the beginning they were very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. After inspecting the roof they made suggestions of things that could be done better than previous such as the venting and the way the valleys were done. Very knowledgeable in explaining the options and their suggestions.

Also explained very well the products they use and why, the warranty, etc. The price was also a pleasant surprise compared to other companies. The job was scheduled and done on time. The work was done in the time frame I expected and the crew cleaned everything up as promised. The job inspection and follow up by Dan the owner was timely and thorough as well. Great service and great work. And despite the run around from my insurance company, Dan was very patient and helped in getting other items repaired that the adjuster did not list. Great clean up. And Thank you for the additional attention to making sure my horses didn't have any nails on the ground around the barn.
