In simple terms, Precast, or 'Prefabricated' construction follows the process of manufacturing standardized or engineered concrete products within a controlled facility. The prestressed or reinforced pieces are then delivered to the site for assembly. Our value creation is cultivated by our workforce. Pre-Con has been providing bridge solutions across Ontario for years. Products range from precast components such as girders, towers and decks. We strive to provide solutions that reduce the effect of construction on the ecosystem and local traffic.

Commercial Report

We provide a total precast solution for office buildings, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, government buildings, automotive dealers, and more. Product solutions range from precast walls and panels, hollowcore slabs and site amenities. Pre-Con also manufactures and erects parking structures (also known as parkades) to support these Design Build projects.

Industrial Report
