It started 40 years ago with a retailer named Porter Chopping, who offered his plumbing, carpeting and electrical services out of a small shop in Riverton. This has been Porter's motto for 40 years, and we take it very seriously. We feel that you, the customer, are the most important part of our business and keeping you as our customer is our main goal. At both Porter's locations, in Riverton and Casper, our dedicated staff knows that when a sale is completed in the store, it signifies the beginning of our efforts, not the end.

Repairman called me to say the part was ordered, said "it will get here whernever it gets here" I say I wanted to be there when he comes to go over the equipment. He said he never got the message. I had just stopped by the store, girl said she had no record of us needing a repair call. I left my number. He called later and was totally arrogant to me.

Really good service! I had an issue with something that wasn't done properly to my pellet stove. It caused some other problems, when dealing with them I went in and spoke with Bill the owner. After talking with him the whole thing was taken care of right away! I really appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to take care of it! Iwould highly recommend, to anyone who is looking for a pellet stove too go there! Customer service is forgotten nowadays by most businesses, but not with Bill and his crew. If you are in need of a pellet stove, hot tub or smoker go see porters.
