This was the second time Kevin returned to our home yesterday to finish up installing new shower fixtures and repairing the leak. He was here about a month ago, to install new fixtures in our main bathroom. Palmer's is so easy to deal with as a client. I had Palmer's come out and hook up my new shower drain after I couldn't get it to line up with the hole in the shower base and they were able to do it no problem. I also had them install a shower spray handle after I installed it and couldn't get it to stop leaking. They did a great job both times, were very professional, wore a mask which is important to me these days, and after I left them in the house to do their job and went back to work they followed up with me.

They also allow you to pay them right there when they do their work or electronically, which makes it easier for me to get my bills paid. Overall great quality work and great people.

The gentleman who did our repair was so professional, knowledgeable and so very personable. He really couldn't have been more kind, and he was such a pleasure to chat with.
