Firstly, I work primarily in remodels as a carpenter and take the odd handyman job, I am by no means a plumber. Visited P&E today looking for a water mixer valve, had no idea there was such a vast array of different models. The guy I talked too was able to match it from a photo showing a small portion of the front of the valve and sent me off with some tips that proved invaluable. The job is finished an hour later and the shower is working like new for my customer. 10/10 service. Thanks!
