We've used Coney's Garage Door twice now. The first time they replaced a garage door motor and evened out the door. The second time they replaced the spring for one of the doors. They do great work and the prices are reasonable. They're also really nice, and I like how quickly they get to you. Highly recommend Coney's!

I hired Coney's to replace a garage door opener. They failed to set the closing tension, which is a safety feature that prevents the door from closing when it strikes something. Consequently, the day came when the door closed on something and just kept trying to close, crushing the top panel. After speaking with the owner of Coney's, he refused to repair the damage, even though it was clearly and admittedly their fault. I am very dissatisfied and will call someone else next time.

Excellent customer service, quality work, great price! Garage door spring broke on Wednesday night. I called at 8 a.m. Thursday morning. Tech was at my house before 10. It is a 8 by 18 (big) door so it has two big springs. Tech did not have big enough springs to do the repair. However, instead of leaving me without a door working, he "patched" it so it would get us thru the weekend.
They called around 2 p.m. the same day and told me they would be out Monday around 10. Monday 9:45 tech shows up and replaces the springs. Price was lower than the other two places I called to get an estimate. I would highly recommend Coney!

We called on a Saturday morning because I backed into the garage door and it was off the track. He came and fixed it that morning and then sent one of the workers to come fix the squeak we had the following work day. It didn't take long and the price was very fair considering what I thought it would be for off-hours/emergency service. They are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I always buy parts from Coney's when I service my own garage door. The walk-in service is always prompt and friendly. Parts are not overpriced. BTW, DO NOT ATTEMPT to service your own garage door unless you totally know what you're doing AND have the right tools. You can be seriously injured or killed many different ways by your own garage door. It does not like you. On that note, I have used Coney's repair service as well. They showed up on time, were professional, and fixed it right the first time.

I have dealt with Coney's Garage Doors on a couple of occasions on two different homes and they have been terrific. They are prompt, efficient, honest, and provide outstanding workmanship. When I thought I was going to have to replace a motor, chain, etc., they first inspected my system and found out it was a simple fix that was minimal cost. Truly a wonderful company to work with.
