He was hired to inspect a home my client was buying in Stratford, CT. He completed the inspection and after waiting seven additional days for his report, I had to threaten to file a complaint with the State of CT because my client almost lost their deposit for exceeding the 10 days allowed by law. Not until after I brought all the emails to the seller side to show we had been screaming for the report did they agree it was this knuckleheads fault.
There is a law suit getting filed once the last notarized statement is received from all parties that witnessed his sloppy, unprofessional conduct that almost cost my buyers their deposit. Mr Buono then filed a bogus review on me, printed for proof before he tries to erase or modify it, making false accusations that I did not like his report when in fact it took 7 days to receive it.
Five written statements are all testifying his review of me is fictitious and a lie and what I am writing is true and accurate. This will also be brought to court and Mr Buono will be held liable. Don't waste your time with this guy.

Update: After rating 1/5 for over a year this guy calls me to claim my review as false. I remind him how he came into my home and disrespected me and my things. The day it happened, I complained to them for how they left my apartment he was very rude to say the least. He then slandered me to our neighbors (who are my close friends). Not only did they tell me the malicious things he said about me, I could hear him!
He talks so loud! They live directly below me and I could hear every word he said. This unprofessional, inappropriate, sad man looked me up for a review I left over a year ago. To what? To tell me I must have been mistaken. That the 3 witnesses and everyone involved must have been dreaming. I told him not to contact me again. What a creep.
